HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN PENDAPATAN DENGAN STATUS GIZI PADA BALITA DI WILAYAH KEJA PUSKESMAS DELIMA KABUPATEN PIDIE

Abstrak
Gizi  adalah  suatu  proses  organisme  menggunakan  makanan yang dikonsumsi secara normal melalui proses pencernaan, penyerapan, transportasi, penyimpanan, metabolisme dan zat gizi untuk mempertahankan kehidupan, pertumbuhan dan fungsi normal organ tubuh untuk menghasilkan tenaga  (Djoko,   2006).  Di Puskesmas Delima  Kabupaten Pidie  diperoleh permasalahan Hubungan Pengetuan Dan Pendapatan Dengan Status Gizi Pada Balita, yaitu dari 15  ibu didapatkan 5 ibu (33,3 %) yang tidak mengerti tentang status gizi, karena tamatan SD dan tidak pernah menanyakan pada petugas kesehatan (bidan), dan dari 15 ibu didapatkan 8 ibu (53,5 %) yang pendapatanya kurang dari Rp 1350.000,- perbulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan  Pengetahun  Dan Pendapatan  Dengan  Status  Gizi  Pada  Balita  di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Delima Kabupaten Pidie. ini bersifat analitik  dengan desain Cross secsional, yang dilakukan di wilayah Puskesmas Delima pada tanggal 22 sampai dengan 26 juli 2015 dengan jumlah populasi 696 ibu yang mempunyai balita dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel 88 responden. Analisa data menggunakan metode univariat dan bivariat yaitu dengan melihat presentase data yang terkumpul dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi dan juga menggunakan teori keputakaan yang ada. dari 88 responden terdapat status gizi baik yaitu 59 responden (67,1%), 46 responden (53,4%) pengetahuan sedang, dan 59 responden (67,1%) diantaranya pendapatan tinggi. Berdasarkan uji chi-square dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan status gizi balita yaitu (p-Value = 0,005  <  0,05) dan ada hubungan antara pendapatan dengan status gizi balita yaitu (p-Value = 0,010 < 0,05). Kepada petugas Puskesmas Delima khususnya  bagian gizi agar  dapat meningkatkan penyuluhan sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang kebutuhan gizi pada baita dan dapat memberikan informasi kepada ibu- ibu yang memiliki balita agar dalam penyajian makanan untuk lebih memperoritaskan balita.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
