Hubungan Kebutuhan Psikologi terhadap Perspektif Taking pada Penunggah Insta Story di Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia Banda Aceh

Perspective taking adalah kemampuan memahami pikiran serta perasaan orang lain dengan cara menempatkan diri pada situasi atau kondisi yang dialami oleh orang lain. Individu dikatakan memiliki perspective taking tinggi ketika mampu membayangkan, berfikir dan merasakan kondisi orang lain. Sebaliknya, individu yang mempunyai perspective taking rendah akan mengakibatkan timbulnya perilaku egosentrisme. Maka dari itu perspective taking sangat dibutuhkan tak terkecuali dalam media sosial yaitu instragram dengan fitur terbaru yaitu instastory. Mengunggah instastory merupakan tingkah laku yang bermotivasi, karena tingkah laku tersebut dilator belakangi oleh kebutuhan dari dalam individu. Kebutuhan yang dimiliki tiap individu bermacam-macam.
Teori kebutuhan yang digunakan yaitu teori 3 kebutuhan McClelland. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut bermacam-macam cara maka dari itu perspective taking diperlukan, karena setiap individu memiliki potensi dapat mempengaruhi orang lain melalui unggahan dalam instastory.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diukur menggunakan skala kebutuhan psikologis yang didasari teori 3 kebutuhan McClelland dan skala perspective taking. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan random sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 350 orang dengan rincian perempuan 274 orang dan laki-laki 76 orang. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskripsi dan regresi.
Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa dari 3 aspek kebutuhan psikologi tidak ada yang menonjol semuanya sedang yaitu tidak terlalu tinggi tetapi tetap memiliki kebutuhan tersebut. Ditemukan juga mayoritas pengunggah instastory memiliki tingkat perspective taking yang sedang dengan presentase sebanyak 61,4% (215 orang) sedangkan 37,7% (132 orang) memiliki tingkat perspective taking tinggi, dan sebanyak 0,9% (3 orang) memeiliki tingkat perspective taking rendah.
Hasil penelitian adanya pengaruh kebutuhan psikologi sebesar 21,6% terhadap perspective taking pada pengunggah instastory. Dari 3 dimensi kebutuhan psikologi yang paling menentukan individu memiliki perspective taking adalah kebutuhan affiliasi (t=0,000, p<0,05).

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
