Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Kesehatan Bagi Masyarakat di Puskesmas Sambirejo Langkat 2021

Pendahuluan: Pelayanan kesehatan dapat diartikan sebagai sebuah konsep yang diterapkaan untuk memberikan layanan dalam jangka waktu yang lama dan hal ini terus dilakukan kepada publik dan juga masyarakat. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan dengan Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Kesehatan Bagi Masyarakat di Puskesmas Sambirejo Langkat 2021. Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Masyarakat berjumlah 8.025 KK, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan rumus Notoadmodjo yaitu sebanyak 99 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisa univariat dan analisa bivariat, dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square α = 0,05. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil analisa dengan menggunakan Uji Chi-Square test memperlihatkan bahwa nilai signifikan dengan faktor waktu tunggu pelayanan nilai p-value 0.132, faktor pengtahuan nilai  p-value 0.026, faktor jarak nilai p-value 0.002 dan faktor tradisi/budaya nilai p-value 0.13 di Puskesmas Sambirejo Langkat 2021. Kesimpulan: dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik ada hubungan antara faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat di Puskesmas Sambirejo Langkat 2021. Disarankan perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat dengan jenis penelitian yang berbeda, sehingga dapat membandingkan dengan peneliti sebelumnya.

Background: Health services can be interpreted as a concept that is applied to provide services in the long term and this continues to be done to the public and also the community. Objective: to find out the factors related to the utilization of health services for the community at the Sambirejo Langkat Health Center 2021. Method: The stuay design was observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The populations were 8025 families. The sample was 99 respondents. Data used interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed by using univariate and bivariate analyses with Chi-Square test = 0.05. Result: from analysis used the Chi-Square test, it shows that the value is significant with the service waiting time factor p-value 0.132, knowledge factor p-value 0.026, distance factor p-value 0.002 and tradition/culture factor p-value 0.13 at the Sambirejo Langkat Health Centre 2021. Conclusion: showed that statistically there was a relationship between factors related to the utilization of health services for the community at Sambirejo Langkat Health Centre 2021. It is recommended that further research be carried out on the use of health services for the community with different types of research, so that it can be compared with previous researchers.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
