Hubungan Pengetahuan Terhadap Sikap Ibu Multigravida Tentang Pemeriksaan ANC Selama Kehamilan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru

Kehamilan adalah suatu masa dimulai dari terjadinya pembuahan (konsepsi) sampai lahirnya anak. Antenatal Care (ANC) adalah asuhan yang diberikan untuk ibu hamil sebelum persalinan untuk memfasilitasi hasil yang sehat dan positif bagi ibu maupun bayinya dengan cara membina hubungan saling percaya dengan ibu, mendeteksi komplikasi-komplikasi yang dapat mengancam jiwa, mempersiapkan kelahiran dan memberikan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk “Hubungan Pengetahuan Terhadap Pemeriksaan ANC Selama Kehamilan Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru Tahun 2019†dan “Hubungan Sikap Ibu Multigravida Terhadap pemeriksaan ANC Selama Kehamilan Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru Tahun 2019â€. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain analitik dengan menggunakan cross sectional. Dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 maret–26 maret 2019 di Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. Jumlah populasi penelitian sebanyak 538 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 84 responden menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, pengolahan data dilakukan secara univariat yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi, dilanjutkan dengan analisis bivariat menggunakan software SPSS vs 20, selanjutnya disajikan secara deskriptif dan analitik melalui uji statistik. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa mayoritas ibu multigravida berpengetahuan tinggi sebanyak 48 responden (57,1%) memiliki sikap negatif sebanyak 52 responden (61,9%). Dari hasil uji chi.square diketahui bahwa nilai p value > α yaitu 0,092 > 0,05 artinya tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan maupun ibu multigravida terhadap pemeriksaan ANC selama kehamilan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru Tahun 2019. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan kepada ibu multigravida untuk menambah informasi terbaru tentang pemeriksaan ANC serta untuk melakukan pemeriksaan ANC secara rutin selama kehamilan, sehingga ibu dapat mendeteksi komplikasi-komplikasi kehamilan dan mempersiapkan kelahiran dengan aman.

Pregnancy is a period starting from the fertilization (conception) until the birth of the child. Antenatal Care (ANC) is the care given to pregnant women before delivery to facilitate a healthy and positive outcomes for both mother and baby in a way build a trusting relationship with the mother, detect complications which can be life-threatening, prepare for labor and provide education. This study aims to "Knowledge The relationship Investigation Against ANC During Pregnancy In Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru Year 2019" and "The relationship Attitude Toward Mother multigravida ANC checkup During Pregnancy In Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru Year 2019. This research is quantitative analytic design with cross sectional. Held on 9 March - 26 March 2019 at Hope Community Health Center Raya Pekanbaru. Total study population of 538 people with a sample of 84 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The instrument of this research using questionnaires, data processing univariate presented in the form of a frequency distribution table, followed by bivariate analysis using SPSS vs. 20, then presented descriptively and analytically through statistical tests. The survey results revealed that the majority of women are high knowledgeable multigravida 48 respondents (57.1%) have a negative attitude of 52 respondents (61.9%). From the test results chi.square known that p value> α is 0.092> 0.05 means that there is no significant relationship between knowledge and mother multigravida against ANC examinations during pregnancy in Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru Year 2019. Through this research expected to mothers multigravida to add the latest information about the examination of the ANC and the ANC to carry out checks regularly during pregnancy, so that the mother can detect complications of pregnancy and preparing for the birth safely.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
