Pengaruh Faktor Individual dan Lingkungan Terhadap Stres Kerja Pada Perawat IGD di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Meuraxa Banda Aceh

Tuntutan yang besar dikarenakan kewajiban dan beban moral yang harus dikerjakan perawat di IGD. IGD merupakan tahap yang utama dalam menerima pasien di Rumah Sakit. Perlu dilakukan pertimbangan tentang tenaga perawat baik dari kualitas dan kuantitas untuk menurunkan beban kerja yang berdampak pada stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Faktor Individual dan Lingkungan Terhadap Stres Kerja pada Perawat IGD di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Meuraxa Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross sectional study. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini perawat di ruang IGD RSUD Meuraxa Banda Aceh sebanyak 26 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan nilai r tabel 0,422. Analisis menggunakan chi square test, teknik analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh individual (p=0,039) < 0,05 dan lingkungan (p=0,002) < 0,05 terhadap stres kerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh individual dan lingkungan terhadap stres kerja. Diharapkan kepada perawat untuk dapat melakukan upaya pencegahan perburukan stres kerja dengan meningkatkan keterampilan psikologis dalam pengendalian diri dan mempertahankan sikap positif.

The work demands of nurses at the hospital are often overloaded. These demands are due to the obligations and moral burdens that nurses have to do in the emergency room. The emergency room is the primary stage in receiving emergency patients at the hospital. It is necessary to consider nurses' work both for quality and also quantity to reduce the burnout that has impacted work stress. This study aims to determine the Influence of Individual and Environmental Factors Towards Nurse’s Work Stress in Emergency Room at Meuraxa General Hospital Banda Aceh.  This study is quantitative research using a cross-sectional study design. This research was conducted in April 2022. The population in this study was nurses in the emergency room at the Meuraxa Hospital Banda Aceh. The sample of the study was 26 nurses. The research used the Total Sampling technique by utilizing a questionnaire with an r-table value of 0.422. The data analysis used a chi-square test consisting of univariate and bivariate analysis techniques. The results showed that there was an individual influence (p=0.039) <0.05, burnout influence (p=0.020) <0.05 and the environmental influence (p=0.002) <0.05 on work stress. It can be concluded that there are individual, burnout, and environmental influences on work stress. It is hoped that nurses will be able to make efforts to prevent the worsening of work stress by increasing psychological skills in self-control and maintaining a positive attitude.

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
