Perilaku Masyarakat dalam Pengelolaan Sampah yang Mendapatkan Predikat Kampong Bantar di RT. 36 Kelurahan Paal Merah Kota Jambi

Sampai saat ini sampah masih menjadi masalah di kesehatan lingkungan. Jika tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menjadi penyebab penyakit seperti diare, kecacingan dan lain-lain. Di Kelurahan Paal Merah khususnya RT 36 masih adanya masyarakat yang membuang sampah sembarangan dan tidak membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui perilaku masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah yang mendapatkan predikat kampung bantar di RT. 36 Kelurahan Paal Merah Kota Jambi. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah kepala keluarga yang ada di RT 36 Kelurahan Paal Merah sebanyak 100 KK. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku pengelolaan sampah berhubungan dengan pengetahuan (p=0,000), sikap (p=0,016) dan faktor pendorong (p=0,000). Diharapkan RT yang mendapatkan kampung bantar tersebut dapat lebih dipantau kebersihan lingkungannya dan indikator-indikator dalam program kampung bantar tersebut, jika RT tersebut telah mendapatkan predikat kampung bantar dan tidak mentaati atau melaksanakan indikator-indikator tersebut setelah penilaian maka haruslah diberikan sanksi berupa dicabut nya predikat tersebut, dan di umumkan di media sosial maupun media cetak.

Until now, waste is still a problem in environmental health. If not managed properly it can cause diseases such as diarrhea, worms and others. In Paal Merah Village, especially RT 36, there are still people who litter and do not throw garbage in its place. This study aims to determine the behavior of the community in waste management who received the title of Kampung Bantar in RT. 36 Paal Merah Village, Jambi City. The study used a cross sectional design. The research sample is the head of the family in RT 36 Paal Merah Village as many as 150 families. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data collection techniques by means of interviews. Data were analyzed using chi-square test. The results showed that waste management behavior was related to knowledge (p=0.009), attitude (p=0.016) and driving factors (p=0.000). It is hoped that the RT that gets the bantar village can be better monitored for the cleanliness of its environment and the indicators in the bantar village program, if the RT has received the bantar village title and does not obey or implement these indicators after the assessment, it must be given a sanction in the form of revoking the title and published on social media and print media.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
