Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Terjadinya Penyakit Rheumatoid Arthritis Pada Lansia di Gampong Piyeung Manee Kecamatan Montasik Kabupaten Aceh Besar

Laporan Puskesmas Piyeung Kabupaten Aceh Besar Tahun 2020 terdapat 251 kasus rheumatoid arthritis pada lansia. Faktor yang mempengaruhi rheumatoid arthritis adalah jenis kelamin, usia lansia, obesitas, gaya hidup yang mengakibatkan terhambatnya pembuangan purin, penggunaan obat tertentu yang dapat menimbulkan rheumatoid arthritis. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya penyakit rheumatoid arthritis pada lansia di Gampong Piyeung Manee Kecamatan Montasik Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan populasi sebanyak 34 responden dan sampel sebanyak 34 responden menggunakan total sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 23 s/d 31 Oktober 2021. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin (P = 0,002), pengetahuan (P = 0,001), gaya hidup (P = 0,017), dan obesitas (P = 0,036) dengan terjadinya penyakit rheumatoid arthritis pada lansia di Gampong Piyeung Manee Kecamatan Montasik Kabupaten Aceh Besar Tahun 2021. Disarankan bagi Gampong dapat bekerja sama dengan puskesmas dalam memberikan informasi langsung kepada masyarakat tentang pencegahan penyakit rematik sejak dini dan bahaya penyakit bila tidak ditangani.Informasi tersebut dapat diberikan dengan melakukan penyuluhan kesehatan kepada seluruh masyarakat.

The report of the Piyeung Health Center in Aceh Besar Regency in 2020 there were 251 cases of rheumatoid arthritis in the elderly. Factors that affect rheumatoid arthritis are gender, elderly age, obesity, a lifestyle that results in inhibition of purine disposal, the use of certain drugs that can cause rheumatoid arthritis. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the occurrence of rheumatoid arthritis in the elderly in Piyeung Manee Village, Montasik District, Aceh Besar District. The research design is descriptive correlation with a population of 34 respondents and a sample of 34 respondents using total sampling. This research was conducted on 23 to 31 October 2021. The results showed that there was a relationship between gender (P = 0.002), knowledge (P = 0.001), lifestyle (P = 0.017 ), and obesity (P = 0.036) with the occurrence of rheumatoid arthritis in the elderly in Gampong Piyeung Manee, Montasik District, Aceh Besar District in 2021. It is recommended that Gampong can work together with the puskesmas in providing direct information to the public about the prevention of rheumatic diseases early on and the dangers of disease if not treated. This information can be provided by conducting health education to the entire community.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
