Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Lama Penyembuhan Luka Gangren di Klinik Istiqamah Krueng Barona Jaya

Diabetes Mellitus yang tidak ditangani akan menimbulkan komplikasi salah satunya luka Ganggren. Luka Ganggren bisa diatasi dengan cara perawatan luka yang baik dan benar dengan beberapa hal antara lain mengangkat jaringan mati, menghilangkan nanah, menjaga kelembaban luka dan menunjang masa penyembuhan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan lama penyembuhan luka ganggren di Klinik Istiqamah Krueng Barona Jaya. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif korelasi melalui desain atau pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pasien yang mengalami luka ganggren dan mendapatkan perawatan dari Klinik Istiqamah Krueng Barona Jaya, yaitu sebanyak 51 orang, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 16 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Accidental Sampling. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Klinik Istiqamah Krueng Barona Jaya pada Juni 2022. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa ada hubungan usia dengan lama penyembuhan luka ganggren di Klinik Istiqamah Krueng Barona Jaya (p value = 0,008), ada hubungan nutrisi dengan lama penyembuhan luka ganggren di Klinik Istiqamah Krueng Barona Jaya (p value = 0,008), ada hubungan perawatan luka dengan lama penyembuhan luka ganggren di Klinik Istiqamah Krueng Barona Jaya (p value = 0,008), ada hubungan berat ringannya luka dengan lama penyembuhan luka ganggren di Klinik Istiqamah Krueng Barona Jaya (p value = 0,035), ada hubungan nilai pemeriksaan GDS dengan lama penyembuhan luka ganggren di Klinik Istiqamah Krueng Barona Jaya (p value = 0,035) dan ada hubungan riwayat penyakit lain dengan lama penyembuhan luka ganggren di Klinik Istiqamah Krueng Barona Jaya (p value = 0,000). Disarankan kepada pelayanan kesehatan selain memberikan pelayanan pemulihan luka, ada baiknya disertai dengan peningkatan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan kepada responden. Dan disarankan juga kepada masyarakat agar dapat melalukan perawatan luka secara teratur, sehingga kondisi luka ganggren dapat berkurang.

The ignorance of Diabetes Mellitus disease wound care impacts severe complications. One of the impacts is Gangrene. Gangrene wounds can be cured with good and proper wound care. It can be cured by removing dead tissue, removing pus, maintaining wound moisture, and also supporting the healing period. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the duration of Gangrene wound healing in Istiqamah Clinic Krueng Barona Jaya. This research was a descriptive study using a cross-sectional design approach. The population of this study was 51 patients who had Gangrene wounds and received treatment from Istiqamah Krueng Barona Jaya Clinic. Among them, only 16 people were selected as the sample of this study. This study used the Accidental Sampling technique. This research was carried out in the Istiqamah Krueng Barona Jaya Clinic, in June 2022. The study revealed some results: there was a relationship between age and the duration of Gangrene wound healing with a p-value = 0.008; there was a relationship between wound care and the duration of Gangrene wound healing; with a p-value = 0.008; there was also a relationship between the severity of the wound and the duration of Gangrene wound healing with p-value = 0.035; there was a relationship between the value of the GDS examination and the duration of Gangrene wound healing with p-value = 0.035, and there was a relationship between the history of other diseases and the duration of healing of Gangrene wounds with p-value = 0.000. This study recommends that health services must provide wound recovery services. The local health centers also should educate the societies on how to handle diabetes mellitus wound care. Further, this study suggests that the public has to be able to carry out wound care regularly so that the condition of Gangrene wounds can be minimized.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. All the authors must have agreed to the submission and to the order of their names on the title page. They must also have agreed that the corresponding author may act on their behalf throughout the editorial review and publication process. The corresponding author is responsible for obtaining such agreement.

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
