Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Resiko Jatuh Pada Lanjut Usia di Gampong Lambaet Kecamatan Kuta Baro Aceh Besar Tahun 2022

Dukungan keluarga merupakan dukungan paling utama bagi lansia untuk mempertahankan kesehatan lansia dalam menghadapi perubahan fisiologis, psikologis, dan emosional. Dukungan keluarga merupakan salah satu hal yang mempengaruhi resiko jatuh pada lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan resiko jatuh pada lansia di Gampong Lambaet Kecamatan Kuta Baro Aceh Besar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cros sectional study. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 09 s/d 20 Mei 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh lansia yang berusia 60-74 tahun yang berjumlah 52 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Analisis menggunakan chi square test, teknik analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan dukungan keluarga (p=0,000), dukungan emosional (p=0,000), dukungan instrumental (p=0,007), dukungan informasi (p=0,002) dan dukungan penilaian (p=0,002) dengan resiko jatuh pada lansia. Keluarga dapat memberikan informasi kepada lansia tentang masalah kesehatan yang dialaminya dan menyarankan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara rutin ke posyandu agar dapat penyampaian informasi terhadap kondisi kesehatan lansia terkini sehingga pemantauan kepada lansia dapat ditingkatkan.

Family support is the most important support for the elderly to maintain the health of the elderly in the face of physiological, psychological, and emotional changes. Family support is one of the things that affect the risk of falling in the elderly. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and the risk of falling in the elderly in Gampong Lambaet, Kuta Baro Aceh Besar. This type of research is descriptive correlative with a cross sectional study approach. Data collection was carried out on 09 to 20 May 2022. The population in this study were all elderly aged 60-74 years, totaling 52 respondents with total sampling technique. Analysis using chi square test, univariate and bivariate analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a relationship between family support (p=0.000), emotional support (p=0.000), instrumental support (p=0.007), information support (p=0.002) and assessment support (p=0.002) with the risk of falling in the elderly. It is expected that elderly companions (family) to pay attention to the health conditions of the elderly to minimize the condition of falling without assistance. To cadres and health workers to be able to provide information and routine health checks and deliver information on the latest health conditions of the elderly so that monitoring of the elderly can be improved.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
