Hubungan Pengetahuan Wanita Menopause Tentang Mencegah Osteoporosis dengan Mengkonsumsi Kalsium di Puskesmas Rambung Kecamatan Binjai Selatan Kota Binjai Tahun 2022

Manifestasi yang bertujuan untuk menopause merupakan hal yang alamiah yang akan dialami setiap wanita. Apa yang dirasakan wanita menopause berbeda-bada, hal ini dikarenakan kondisi, pengetahuan dan penerimaan wanita itu sendiri. Gejala-gejala yang ditampakkan pada saat menopause seperti wajah terasa panas dan kemerahan, vagina kering dan suasana hati yang berubah-ubah. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriktif analitik dengan desain cross sectional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pengetahuan Wanita Menopause Tentang Mencegah Osteoporosis Dengan Mengkonsumsi Kalsium. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner dan dianalis dengan tehnik kolerasi Chi Squere menggunakan program SPSS (Statistic Product Service Solution). Berdasarkan tabel hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa dari 30 responden yang diteliti. Wanita menopause yang memiliki pengetahuan baik dengan konsumsi kalsium baik sebanyak 5 orang. Wanita menopause yang berpengetahuan cukup dengan konsumsi kalsium kurang sebanyak 10 orang (40%). Dan wanita menopause yang memiliki pengetahuan kurang dengan konsumsi kalsium kurang sebanyak 15 orang (60%). Hubungan pengetahuan wanita menopause tentang mencegah osteoporosis dengan mengkonsumsi kalsium maka diperoleh hasil nilai probabilitas dimana p<0.05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti "Ada Hubungan Pengetahuan Wanita Menopause Tentang Mencegah Osteoporosis Dengan Mengkonsumsi Kalsium Di Puskesmas Rambung Kecamatan Binjai Selatan Kota Binjai Tahun 2022â€. Diharapkan kepada wanita menopause agar dapat memperluas pengetahuan tentang mencegah osteoporosis dengan mengkonsumsi kalsium dengan cara membaca majalah, buku, internet, dan juga menonton televisi.

Manifestations aimed at menopause are natural things that will be experienced by every woman. What menopausal women feel is different, this is due to the condition, knowledge and acceptance of the woman herself. Symptoms that appear at the time of menopause such as hot and red face, dry vagina and mood swings. This research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional design which aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of menopausal women about preventing osteoporosis by consuming calcium. The source of data in this study is primary data which is measured using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed by Chi Squere correlation technique using the SPSS (Statistic Product Service Solution) program. Based on the table of research results, it is known that of the 30 respondents studied. Menopausal women who have good knowledge with good calcium consumption are 5 people. Menopausal women who are knowledgeable enough with less calcium consumption as many as 10 people (40%). And menopausal women who have less knowledge with less calcium consumption as many as 15 people (60%). The relationship between menopausal women's knowledge about preventing osteoporosis by consuming calcium results in a probability value where p<0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means "There is a relationship between knowledge of menopausal women about preventing osteoporosis by consuming calcium at the Rambung Health Center, South Binjai District, Binjai City in 2022". It is hoped that postmenopausal women can expand their knowledge about preventing osteoporosis by consuming calcium by reading magazines, books, internet, and also watching television.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
