Determinan Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Glumpang Tiga

ASI Eksklusif adalah ASI yang diberikan tanpa makanan tambahan sekurang-kurangnya sampai usia 4 bulan dan jika mungkin sampai usia 6 bulan. Pemberian ASI Eksklusif sejak lahir pada anak mempengaruhi masukan zat gizi anka sehingga pertumbuhan anak juga akan terpengaruh karena itu status gizi pertumbuhan dapat dipakai sebagai ukuran untuk memantau kecukupan ASI pada bayi. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah mengetahui determinan faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Glumpang Tiga tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 sampai dengan 28 September di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Glumpang Tiga Kabupaten Aceh Besar tahun 2020 Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 0 – 6 bulan pada 13 desa di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Glumpang Tiga tahun 2020 yaitu berjumlah 228 orang. Kriteria inklusi sampel adalah ibu yang memiliki anak terakhir berusia 0-6 bulan yang bersedia menjadi responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan caramembagikan kuesioner. Uji statistic yang dilakukan uji chi square. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan sikap dengan dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan nilai p value 0.151. Ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan nilai p value 0.013. Ada hubungan peran budaya dengan dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan nilai p value 0.032 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Glumpang Tiga Aceh Besar. Ada hubungan dukungan keluarga, dan peran budaya dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Glumpang Tiga. Diharapkan ibu menyusui bayi <6 bulan ebaiknya memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayinya sampai usia 6 bulan, serta menghindari pemberian susu formula dan makanan atau minuman lain selama ASI masih mencukupi kebutuhan bayi.

Exclusive breastfeeding is breast milk that is given without additional food at least until the age of 4 months and if possible until the age of 6 months. Exclusive breastfeeding from birth to children will affect the child's intake of nutrients so that the child's growth will also be affected. Therefore, the nutritional status of growth can be used as a measure to monitor the adequacy of breast milk in infants. The purpose of this study is to know the determinants of factors related to exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of Glumpang Three Health Center in 2020. This research is observational analytical research with cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in the working area of Glumpang Three Aceh Besar District in 2020 and is planned to be conducted in August 2020. Collection is done by sharing questionnaires. Statistical test conducted by chi square test. Bivariate analysis of maternal attitudes with exclusive breastfeeding has no relationship p value =0.203, family support with exclusive breastfeeding there is a relationship p value = 0.021, cultural role with exclusive breastfeeding there is a relationship p value = 0.000. There is a relationship of family support, and cultural role with the provision of exclusive breastfeeding in the Working Area of Glumpang Tiga Health Center. It is expected for health officials to periodically evaluate the success of health workers in counseling, counseling and reporting on breastfeeding.

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
