Analisis Faktor Kejadian Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Pada Masa Kehamilan di Rumah Sehat Ine Praktik Bidan Kecamatan Lut Tawar Kabupaten Aceh Tengah

Latar Belakang Masalah: Insidensi CTS 2-3 kali lebih tinggi pada wanita hamil dari pada yang tidak hamil. Pada suatu penelitian dilaporkan bahwa di Inggris tahun 2002, rata-rata insiden kejadian CTS adalah 329 kasus per 100.000 orang pertahun. Data dari Rumah Sehat Ine Praktik Bidan Hulyani Fitri didapatkan jumlah ibu hamil periode September 2020 sampai dengan April 2021 diperoleh 51 orang dari hasil wawancara penulis lakukan pada ibu hamil bahwa ada 15 orang ibu hamil yang mengalami nyeri tangan pada yang pernah mengalami gejala seperti nyeri pada pergelangan, kesemutan, rasa panas, dan tangan terasa lemas. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk Menganalisis Faktor Kejadian Carpal Tunnel Syndrome pada Masa Kehamilan di Rumah Sehat Ine Praktik Bidan Hulyani Fitri kecamatan Lut Tawar Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor pekerjaan, factor berat badan, faktor umur dan faktor diabetes mellitus terhadap kejadian Carpal Tunnel Syndrome pada kehamilan. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian Analitik Observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang berkunjung ke Rumah Sehat Ine Praktik Bidan Hulyani Fitri yang berjumlah sampel sebanyak 53 responden. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa chi square. Hasil Penelitian: Menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh faktor pekerjaaan terhadap CTS (p=0,235). Tidak ada pengaruh faktor berat badan terhadap (p=0,030), tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara factor usia terhadap CTS (p=1,000), ada pengaruh faktor diabetes mellitus terhadap (p=0,009) pada ibu hamil di Rumah Sehat Ine Praktik Bidan Hulyani Fitri Kecamatan Lut Tawar Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Kesimpulan dan Saran: Sebaiknya responden dapat bekerjasama dan mau mengikuti anjuran yang diberikan, karena sangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan ibu dan janin, serta mau melakukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjutan apabila terdapat keluhan dan gejala yang tidak biasa.

Background: The incidence of CTS is 2-3 times higher in pregnant women than non-pregnant ones. In a study reported that in the UK in 2002, the average incidence of CTS was 329 cases per 100,000 people per year. Data from Rumah Sehat Ine Praktik Bidan Hulyani Fitri obtained the number of pregnant women from September 2020 to April 2021 obtained 51 people from the results of interviews the author conducted with pregnant women that there were 15 pregnant women who experienced hand pain in those who had experienced symptoms such as pain in the wrist, tingling, burning, and weakness in the hands. Research Objective: To Analyze the Factors of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Incidence during Pregnancy at Rumah Sehat Ine Midwife Practice Hulyani Fitri, Lut Tawar District, Central Aceh Regency. To determine the effect of work factors, weight factors, age factors and diabetes mellitus factors on the incidence of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in pregnancy. Research Methods: This study used an Observational Analytic research design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women who visited Rumah Sehat Ine Praktik Midwife which amounted to a sample of 53 respondents. Data processing in this study used chi square analysis. Research Results: Shows that there is no influence of work factors on CTS (p=0.235). There is no influence of body weight factors on CTS (p=0.030), there is no influence of body weight factors on CTS (p=0.235).

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
