Hubungan Predisposing, Enabling Dan Reinforcing Terhadap Keikutsertaan Pasangan Usia Subur (Pus) Menjadi Akseptor Kb Iud Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanah Luas Kabupaten Aceh Utara

Latar Belakang: Rendahnya dukungan pasangan usia subur dalam program KB IUD mengakibatkan rendah peminat akseptor IUD. Survei pendahuluan data Petugas Lapangan Keluarga Berencana (PLKB) di Puskesmas tanah Luas tahun 2022 tercatat sebanyak 3956 PUS, dengan peserta aktif 2053 pasangan usia subur. Pencapaiannya hanya 57,21% dan 42,79% adalah Unmeet Need. Jenis penelitian ini analitik deskriptif dengan pendekatan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh pasangan usia subur (PUS) yang ber KB Aktif yang tersebar diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanah Luas Kabupaten Aceh Utara dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 2053 PUS dan sampelnya 95 PUS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan, sikap, sosial budaya, kualitas pelayanan KB, dukungan suami, sumber informasi dengan keikutsertaan PUS menjadi akseptor KB IUD. Factor yang paling dominan dalah variabel sikap (p=0,000, OR=44,167). Kepada responden diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan tentang KB IUD sehingga sadar akan penggunaan kontrasepsi IUD dan memahami tentang fungsi, manfaat serta efektifitas kontrasepsi IUD sehingga responden tidak lagi takut akan hal-hal yang didengar tidak berlandasakan pengetahuan. Dan bisa memilah informasi yang patut untuk di pahami, sehingga dapat menentukan sikap yang akan dilakukan.

ÂBackground: The low support of fertile age couples in the IUD KB program has resulted in low interest in IUD acceptors. The preliminary survey of Family Planning Field Officer (PLKB) data in the Extensive Public Health Center in 2017 was 3956 PUS, with active participants of 2053 couples of childbearing age. The achievement is only 57.21% and 42.79% is Unmeet Need. This type of research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional design approach. The population in this study were all reproductive age couples (PUS) with active family planning in the working area of Tanah Luas Health Center, North Aceh Regency, with a population of 2053 PUS and 95 PUS. The results showed that there was an influence of knowledge, attitudes, socio-culture, quality of family planning services, husband's support, information sources with PUS participation as IUD KB acceptors. In addition, the six variables that are the most dominant with EFA participation into IUD KB acceptors are knowledge variables (p = 0,000, OR = 44,167). The respondents are expected to be able to
increase knowledge about IUD family planning so that they are aware of the use of IUD contraception and understand the function, benefits and effectiveness of IUD contraception so that respondents no longer fear the things heard are not based on knowledge. And can sort out information that deserves to be understood, so that it can determine the attitude to be taken.

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
