Pengaruh Media Permainan Ular Tangga Terhadap Pengetahuan Santri Tentang Pencegahan Scabies di Pesantren Babun Najah Banda Aceh

Tingginya prevalensi scabies disebabkan oleh pengetahuan yang kurang serta kondisi sanitasi lingkungan yang buruk. Masih banyak orang yang kurang memperhatikan pengetahuan, dalam hal ini pengetahuan dianggap kebiasaan buruk seseorang dalam hal-hal seperti personal hygiene yang kurang baik sehingga dapat menyebabkan tubuh terserang berbagai penyakit seperti penyakit scabies yang sering terjadi pada santri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media permainan ular tangga terhadap pengetahuan santri tentang pencegahan scabies di pesantren Babun Najah Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 53 santri, sampel sebanyak 15 santri menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan santri tentang pencegahan scabies. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala Guttman untuk menilai pengetahuan santri dan skala Likert untuk menilai sikap santri. Penelitian dilaksanakan di pesantren Babun Najah Banda Aceh pada tanggal 18 Agustus 2023. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji t-test diperoleh p-value pada pengetahuan sebesar 0,000 < α = 0,05, Maka dapat disimpulkan adanya pengaruh media permainan ular tangga terhadap pengetahuan santri dalam pencegahan scabies di Pesantren Babun Najah Banda Aceh.

The high prevalence of Scabies is due to the lack of knowledge and poor environmental sanitation conditions. There are still many people who do not pay attention to knowledge, in this case knowledge is considered a person's bad habits in terms of things such as poor personal hygiene which can cause the body to be attacked by various diseases such as scabies which often occurs in students. This research aimed to determine the effect of snakes and ladder game media on the knowledge of students in preventing Scabies at the Babun Najah Islamic Boarding School of Banda Aceh. This research used quasi-experimental methods with the pretest and post-test control group design. The population in this research was 53 students, while the sample was 15 students chosen by the Simple Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire to determine level the knowledge of students about scabies prevention. The Guttman scale was used to assess the student's knowledge. This research was conducted at Babun Najah Islamic Boarding School of Banda Aceh on August 18, 2023. The analysis using the t-test obtained a p-value of 0.000 < α = 0.05 for knowledge, thus indicating that Ho was rejected, and Ha was accepted. This research concludes that there is a correlation between snakes and ladder game media on the knowledge of students in preventing Scabies at the Babun Najah Islamic Boarding School of Banda Aceh. The researcher suggests that the Islamic boarding school can maintain the cleanliness of students to avoid Scabies.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
