Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Kejadian Infeksi Menular Seksual Pada Wanita Pekerja Seks Komersial Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Muliorejo Kabupaten Deli Serdang Tahun 2022

Salah satu masalah internasional dalam bidang kesehatan adalah pemberantasan penyakit menular (HIV/AIDS, Malaria, TBC) yang tertuang pada target keenam Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Infeksi Menular Seksual (IMS) merupakan suatu infeksi yang dapat menular melalui kontak seksual dan lebih berisiko pada wanita pekerja seks komersial yang melakukan hubungan seksual dengan berganti-ganti pasangan baik melalui vagina, oral maupun anal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor yang memengaruhi kejadian infeksi menular seksual pada wanita pekerja seks komersial. Jenis penelitian ini adalah mix methode dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh wanita pekerja seks komersial di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Muliorejo. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling sebanyak 68 orang. Analisis kuantitatif secara univariat, bivariat menggunakan chi-square dan multivariat menggunakan regresi logistic berganda pada taraf kepercayaan 95% (α= 0,05). Analisis kualitatif dianalisis secara reduksi, tampilan data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel yang memengaruhi kejadian infeksi menular seksual pada wanita pekerja seks komersial di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Muliorejo Kabupaten Deli Serdang yaitu pengetahuan p=0,003, sikap p=0,001, pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan p=0,003, dukungan petugas kesehatan p=0,001 dan dukungan teman sejawat p=0,001.Variabel yang paling dominan adalah variabel sikap mempunyai nilai Exp (B) = 0,046. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa kejadian infeksi menular seksual pada wanita pekerja seks komersial di pengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, sikap, pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan, dukungan petugas kesehatan, dan dukungan teman sejawat. Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan khususnya bidan untuk memberikan informasi yang tepat tentang infeksi menular seksual pada wanita pekerja seks komersial dan melakukan kunjungan ke titik lokasi serta memberikan saran kepada pihak puskesmas untuk bekerjasama dengan LSM dan pimpinan daerah setempat.

   One of the international problems in the health sector is the eradication of infectious diseases (HIV/AIDS, Malaria, TB) which is stated in the sixth target of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) is an infection that can be transmitted through sexual contact and is more risky for women commercial sex workers who have sexual intercourse with multiple partners either vaginally, oral or anal. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the incidence of sexually transmitted infections in female commercial sex workers. This type of research is a mix method with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The population of this study were all female commercial sex workers in the working area of the Muliorejo Health Center. Sampling technique with a total sampling of 68 people. Quantitative analysis was univariate, bivariate using chi-square and multivariate using multiple logistic regression at 95% confidence level (α= 0.05). Qualitative analysis was analyzed by reduction, data display and verification. The results showed that the variables that influenced the incidence of sexually transmitted infections in female commercial sex workers in the work area of the Muliorejo Health Center Deli Serdang Regency were knowledge p=0.003, attitude p=0.001, health facility utilization p=0.003, health worker support p=0.001 and support from friends. peers p = 0.001. The most dominant variable is the attitude variable has a value of Exp (B) = 0.046. The conclusion of the study is that the incidence of sexually transmitted infections in female commercial sex workers is influenced by knowledge, attitudes, utilization of health services, support from health workers, and support from peers. It is expected that health workers, especially midwives, provide accurate information about sexually transmitted infections in female commercial sex workers and make visits to location points and provide advice to the puskesmas to cooperate with NGOs and local regional leaders.

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
