Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Bendungan Asi Pada Ibu Menyusui di Desa Bineh Blang Kabupaten Aceh Besar

Menyusui merupakan suatu cara yang tidak ada duanya dalam memberikan makanan yang ideal bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi yang sehat. Selain itu, menyusui mempunyai pengaruh biologis serta kejiwaan yang unik terhadap kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Zat-zat anti infeksi yang terkandung dalam ASI membantu melindungi bayi terhadap penyakit. Akan tetapi, menyusui tidak selamanya dapat berjalan dengan normal, tidak sedikit ibu-ibu mengeluh seperti adanya pembengkakan payudara akibat penumpukan ASI, karena pengeluaran ASI tidak lancar atau pengisapan oleh bayi. Pembengkakan ini akan mengakibatkan rasa nyeri pada ibu bahkan tidak jarang ibu merasa demam, oleh karena itu para ibu dianjurkan untuk melakukan perawatan payudara agar tidak terjadi komplikasi seperti bendungan ASI.Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi bendungan ASI pada ibu menyusui di desa Bineh Blang Kecamatan Ingin Jaya Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Desain penelitian ini bersifat analitik, dengan pendekatan crossectional dimana penelitan ini dilakukan sesaat atau satu waktu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu menyusui yang ada di desa Bineh Blang Kecamatan Ingin Jaya Kabupaten Aceh Besar, sedangkan sampel diperoleh secara Accidetal sampling sebanyak 32 orang. Mayoritas ibu menyusui di desa Bineh Blang yang mengalami bendungan ASI dimana tidak ada bendungan ASI yang memiliki pengetahuan cukup, yaitu sebanyak 14 responden (87,5%). Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai   maka dapat disimpulkan tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan bendungan ASI. ada bendungan ASI memiliki tingkat pendidikan dasar, yaitu sebanyak 1 responden (100%). Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai   maka dapat disimpulkan tidak ada hubungan antara pendidikan dengan bendungan ASI. ada bendungan ASI memiliki sikap negatif sebanyak 4 responden (33,3%). Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai   maka dapat disimpulkan tidak ada hubungan antara sikap dengan bendungan ASI.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan ibu menyusui masih rendah, oleh karena itu disarankan kepada responden untuk lebih aktif mencari informasi tentang segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan tehnik menyusui yang benar untuk mencegah bendungan ASI. Hal ini dapat diperoleh dengan mengunjungi tempat kesehatan.

Breastfeeding is an unbeatable way of providing ideal food for the healthy growth and development of babies. In addition, breastfeeding has unique biological and psychological influences on the health of mothers and babies. Anti-infective substances contained in breast milk help protect babies against disease. However, breastfeeding cannot always proceed normally, not a few mothers complain that there is swelling of the breasts due to accumulation of milk, because milk production is not smooth or sucking by the baby. This swelling will cause pain in the mother and it is not uncommon for mothers to feel feverish, therefore mothers are advised to take care of their breasts so that complications such as breast milk engorgement do not occur.The study was conducted to determine the factors that affect breastfeeding mothers in the village of Bineh Blang, Want Jaya District, Aceh Besar District.The design of this research is analytic, with a cross-sectional approach where this research is carried out momentarily or one time. The population in this study were all breastfeeding mothers in the village of Bineh Blang, Want Jaya District, Aceh Besar District, while the sample was obtained by accidental sampling of 32 people. The majority of breastfeeding mothers in Bineh Blang village who experienced ASI dams where there were no ASI dams had sufficient knowledge, namely 14 respondents (87.5%). The statistical test results obtained a value, so it can be concluded that there is no relationship between knowledge and ASI dams. there is an ASI dam has a basic education level, namely as many as 1 respondent (100%). I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
