Hubungan Tindakan Orang Tua Dengan Terjadinya Karies Molar Satu Rahang Bawah Permanen Pada Murid SDN 10 Panteriek Kota Banda Aceh

Molar satu rahang bawah merupakan gigi permanen yang pertama tumbuh pada usia 6 hingga 7 tahun dan merupakan gigi yang paling berisiko terkena karies, dari hasil wawancara didapati 8 dari 10 orang tua memiliki tindakan kurang baik dalam pencegahan karies molar satu rahang bawah permanen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tindakan orang tua dengan terjadinya karies molar satu rahang bawah permanen pada murid SDN 10 Panteriek Kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional, teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 84 murid dan orang tua murid. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan tanggal 22-23 Februari 2024, pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui pemeriksaan karies molar satu rahang bawah permanen pada murid dan wawancara pada orang tua murid dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ada hubungan tindakan orang tua dengan terjadinya karies molar satu rahang bawah permanen dengan nilai p value= 0,002. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan ada hubungan tindakan orang tua dengan terjadinya karies molar satu rahang bawah permanen pada siswa SDN 10 Panteriek Kota Banda Aceh. Saran peneliti, diharapkan kepada orang tua untuk dapat memberikan tindakan yang baik dalam pemeliharaan gigi dan mulut anak.

The molar of one lower jaw is the first permanent tooth to grow at the age of 6 to 7 years and is the tooth most at risk of caries, interviews found 8 out of 10 parents have poor measures in preventing permanent molar caries of one lower jaw. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship actions of parents towards the occurrence of permanent one-lower jaw molar caries in students of SDN 10 Panteriek Banda Aceh City. This research method is an analytical research with a cross sectional design, sample selection using total sampling technique the research sample was 84 students and parents. This study was conducted on February 22-23, 2024, data collection was obtained through examination of permanent one-lower jaw molar caries in students and interviewing parents using questionnaires. The results of the study contained there is a relationship between parental actions and the occurrence of permanent molar caries of one lower jaw with p value=0,002. The conclusion of this study shows the relationship between parental actions and the occurrence of permanent molar caries of one lower jaw in students of SDN 10 Panteriek Banda Aceh City. The researcher's suggestion is expected to parents to be able to increase action in the maintenance of children's teeth and mouth.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
