Background: From the preliminary survey that has been conducted, it is known that the Batoh Health Center has implemented a complete basic immunization counseling program for mothers with toddlers aged 0-5 years. However, the coverage of basic immunization has not met the target achievement. This happens because the community is afraid that their children will be given vaccines with unclear contents that can have bad effects on their children, in addition, the community's understanding of vaccines and immunization is still lacking. Things like this make the complete basic immunization program less than optimal. Research Objective: To determine the Evaluation of the Basic Immunization Counseling Program for Toddlers Aged 0-5 years in the Batoh Health Center Work Area. Research Method: This study uses a qualitative approach method that aims to clearly and more deeply determine the evaluation of the implementation of complete basic immunization for toddlers aged 0-5 years at the Batoh Health Center. The population of this study was the head of the Batoh Health Center (1 person), immunization coordinator (1 person), and immunization implementer (1 person), health promotion officer (1 person) at the Batoh Health Center and mothers with toddlers (3 people). Qualitative data analysis methods are carried out through the process of data collection, data interpretation. Research Results: from the results of the study it is known that the immunization coverage has not been achieved according to the target due to negative issues about vaccines, low understanding and mindset of the community about immunization. The availability of facilities and infrastructure is sufficient according to needs, but in private practice units there is no cold chain equipment according to standards. And there are problems with officers in providing services related to attitudes and behavior in communication, as well as officer discipline in implementing SOPs. Conclusion: It is hoped that the Batoh Health Center will always provide counseling about immunization vaccines and the benefits of immunization for toddlers. Provide knowledge to cadres about complete basic immunization, so that cadres can convey information related to complete basic immunization to the community.
