HUBUNGAN ANTARA STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH (RSUD) ACEH SINGKIL

Kinerja perawat merupakan bagian integral yang tidak dapat dipisahkan yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien sehingga tingkat kepuasan pasien tidak dapat tercapai. Kinerja yang menurun salah satunya dapat disebabkan oleh beban kerja yang melebihi kemampuan perawat dan tingkat stres yang dialami perawat. Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Aceh Singkil terjadi penurunan jumlah tenaga keperawatan sedangkan pasien yang berkunjung mengalami peningkatan. Kondisi ini akan mengakibatkan tingkat stres perawat semakin berat, sehingga dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kinerja perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat di RSUD Aceh Singkil. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga keperawatan RSUD Aceh Singkil pada tahun 2020 tercatat sebanyak 207 orang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 67 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan wawancara kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian ini adalah usia dengan P-Value: 0,026, pendidikan dengan P-Value: 0,022, lama bekerja dengan P-Value: 0,750, pendapatan dengan P-Value: 0,003 dan stres kerja dengan P-Value 0,000. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara usia, pendidikan, pendapatan dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Aceh Singkil. Tidak ada hubungan antara lama bekerja terhadap kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Aceh Singkil.

Nurse performance is an integral part that cannot be separated which influences the quality of nursing services provided to patients so that the level of patient satisfaction cannot be achieved. One of the reasons for decreased performance is the workload that exceeds the nurses' abilities and the level of stress experienced by the nurses. Aceh Singkil Regional Hospital (RSUD) experienced a decrease in the number of nursing staff while visiting patients experienced an increase. This condition will cause nurses' stress levels to become increasingly severe, which can result in a decrease in nurse performance. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the performance of nurses at the Aceh Singkil Regional General Hospital. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a cross sectional design. The population in this research was all nursing staff at Aceh Singkil Regional Hospital in 2020, there were 207 people. The research sample consisted of 67 respondents. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire interviews. Data analysis used the Chi Square test. The results of this research are age with P-Value: 0.026, education with P-Value: 0.022, length of work with P-Value: 0.750, income with P-Value: 0.003 and work stress with P-Value 0.000. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between age, education, income and work stress on the performance of nurses at the Aceh Singkil Regional General Hospital (RSUD). There is no relationship between length of work and the performance of nurses at the Aceh Singkil Regional General Hospital (RSUD).

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
