FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN ANEMIA PADA REMAJA PUTRI DI SMK NEGERI 3 BUNGO

Latar Belakang : Anemia adalah kondisi dimana jumlah sel darah merah lebih rendah dari jumlah normal atau penyakit kurang darah yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh kurangnya konsumsi zat besi. Kejadian anemia pada perempuan lebih tinggi dibanding laki-laki. Penyakit ini dapat memberikan dampak menurunkan kebugaran dan ketangkasan berpikir karena kurangnya oksigen ke sel otot dan sel otak. Tujuan : Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan tentang anemia, kebiasaan makan pagi dan konsumsi tablet tambah darah dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri di SMK Negeri 3 Bungo. Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian yaitu sebanyak 64 orang siswi yang anemia di SMK Negeri 3 Bungo pada bulan April - Mei tahun 2024. Data diperoleh dari data primer dan sekunder. Di analisis dengan menggunakan uji chi – square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil : Berdasarkan tabel Uji Statistik dapat diketahui bahwa dari uji korelasi spearman rank diperoleh hasil pengetahuan anemia (nilai p value = 0,025) lebih kecil dari sig (>0,05), hasil kebiasaan makan pagi (p = 0,236) lebih besar dari sig (>0,05), dan hasil konsumsi tablet tambah darah (nilai p value = 0,826) lebih besar dari sig  (>0,05). Kesimpulan : ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan kejadian anemia, dan tidak ada hubungan kebiasaan makan pagi serta konsumsi tablet tambah darah dengan kejadian anemia. Diharapkan sebagai masukan bagi SMK Negeri 3 Bungo agar lebih memperhatikan kejadian anemia pada siswa di sekolah dan bekerja sama dengan puskesmas setempat untuk dapat memberikan penyuluhan tentang anemia dan cara mengatasinya.

Background: Anemia is a red blood Cell Count that is lower than the normal number or anemia, one of which is a lack of iron consumption. The incidence rate for women is higher than for men. This disease Can reduce body fitness and agility to think due to lack of oxygen that enters muscle cells and brain cells. Objective:  This research is to determine the relationship between knowledge about anemia, breakfast habits and consumption of blood supplement tablets with the incidence of anemia in young women at SMK Negeri 3 Bungo. Method: This type of research is analytic descriptive with Cross Sectional approach. The Populations are 6 Schoolgirls who are anemic in Bungo State vocational high school 3 in April - May year 2024. Data obtained from primary data and secondary data, The analyzed using the chi-square test a Confidence level of 95%. Results: Based on the statistical test table can be known that from Spearman rank test results obtained knowledge of anemia (Rig = 0,026) Smaller than sig a (>0,05), the result of the breakfast habit (Rig = 0,236) greater than sig a(0,05), the result of consuming blood tablets (Rig 0,826) greater than sig a (0,05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of anemia, and there is no relationship between breakfast habits and consumption of blood supplement tablets with the incidence of anemia. It is hoped that this will serve as input for SMK Negeri 3 Bungo to pay more attention to the incidence of anemia in students at school and collaborate with the local health center to provide education about anemia and how to deal with it.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
