Pengaruh Pengetahuan Ibu dan Dukungan Suami dengan Efek Samping Pemakaian Kontrasepsi Suntik Diwilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lamno Kabupaten Aceh Jaya

Latar Belakang Masalah: Jumlah Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) di wilayah kerja puskesmas Lamno pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 502 orang, yang menggunakan KB suntik sebanyak 368 orang. Berdasarkan survei awal, efek samping yang dirasakan antara lain yaitu adanya gangguan pola haid seperti pendarahan bercak, perubahan berat badan,sakit kepala dan lainnya. Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan ibu, dukungan suami dengan efek samping pemakaian kontrasepsi suntik di wilayah kerja puskesmas lamno. Metode Penelitian: deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional studi. Sampel penelitian 79 responden PUS dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisa data univariat dan bivariat. Hasil Penelitian: Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengetahuan P. Value sebesar 0,035 < dari nilai α = 0,05 dan dukungan suami P. Value sebesar 0,041 < dari nilai α = 0,05 dengan efek samping pemakaian konrasepsi suntik sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, yang berarti ada pengaruh yang sangat signifikan pengetahuan ibu, dukungan suami dengan efek samping pemakaian kontrasepsi suntik di wilayah kerja puskesmas lamno. Saran: Diharapkan petugas Puskesmas Lamno meningkatkan pemberian konseling, promosi kesehatan PUS tentang efek samping pemakaian kontrasepsi suntik dan melibatkan suami akseptor KB.

Background of the Problem: The number of couples of childbearing age (PUS) in the working area of the Lamno Health Center in 2019 was 502 people, who used injectable family planning as many as 368 people. Based on the initial survey, the perceived side effects include menstrual pattern disturbances such as spotting bleeding, weight changes, headaches and others. The purpose of the study: to determine the effect of mother's knowledge, husband's support with side effects of injecting contraceptive use in the working area of Lamno Public Health Center. Research Method: analytic descriptive with cross sectional study design. The research sample was 79 EFA respondents with purposive sampling technique. Univariate and bivariate data analysis. Research Results: There is a significant effect between knowledge P. Value of 0.035 < from the value of = 0.05 and husband's support P. Value of 0.041 < from the value of = 0.05 with side effects of using injection contraceptives so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there is a very significant effect of mother's knowledge, husband's support with side effects of using injectable contraceptives in the working area of Lamno Public Health Center. Suggestion: It is hoped that Lamno Public Health Center officers will improve the provision of counseling, promotion of EFA health about the side effects of using injectable contraceptives and involve the husbands of family planning acceptors. Â

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
