Korelasi Antara Tingkat Stress dan Kebiasaan Minum Kopi dengan Kejadian Dispepsia pada Pasien Rawat Jalan di RSU Bhayangkara Kota Banda Aceh

Latar Belakang: Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), populasi penderita dispepsia di dunia mencapai 15 – 30% setiap tahun. Di Indonesia, angka kejadian dyspepsia mencapai 40-50% dan Dispepsia termasuk 10 besar penyakit tertinggi di Indonesia. Indonesia menduduki peringkat ketiga setelah Amerika Serikat dan Inggris dengan jumlah penderita dyspepsia terbanyak. Pada Tahun 2019 jumlah pasien menderita penyakit dyspepsia di RSU Bhayangkara sebanyak 620 pasien (89.8%), Tahun 2020 meningkat sebanyak 634 orang (92%) dan pada tahun 2021 semakin meningkat menjadi 663 orang (92.1%). Tujuan Penelitian: Tujuan Umum pada penelitian ini adalah ingin Mengetahui korelasi antara stress dan kebiasaan minum kopi dengan kejadian Dispepsia di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Kota Banda Aceh. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan rancangan penelitian crossectional dengan jumlah sampel 48 orang. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 Desember 2022 s.d 05 Januari 2023. Analisa data penelitian menggunakan analisa univariate dan bivariate dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan nilai CI (Confident Interval) 95%. Hasil Penelitian: hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa korelasi antara kejadian dyspepsia dengan kebiasaan minum kopi (p value : 0, 091) dan stress (p value: 0, 000). Kesimpulan: Ada korelasi antara stress dengan kejadian dyspepsia dan tidak ada korelasi antara kebiasaan minum kopi dengan kejadian dyspepsia. Diharapkan petugas kesehatan untuk selalu memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat tentang dyspepsia dan masyarakat untuk mengkonsumsi makanan sehat.

Background: According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the population with dyspepsia in the world reaches 15-30% every year. In Indonesia, the incidence of dyspepsia reaches 40-50% and dyspepsia is one of the top 10 highest diseases in Indonesia. Indonesia is ranked third after the United States and the United Kingdom with the highest number of dyspepsia sufferers. In 2019 the number of patients suffering from dyspepsia at Bhayangkara General Hospital was 620 patients (89.8%), in 2020 it increased by 634 people (92%) and in 2021 it increased to 663 people (92.1%). Research Objectives: The general objective of this study was to determine the correlation between stress and coffee drinking habits with the incidence of dyspepsia at Bhayangkara Hospital, Banda Aceh City. Research Methods: The research was conducted using a cross-sectional research design with a total sample of 48 people. Data collection was carried out from 20 December 2022 to 05 January 2023. Analysis of research data used univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test with a CI (Confident Interval) value of 95%. Research results: the results of this study indicate that there is a correlation between the incidence of dyspepsia and the habit of drinking coffee (p value: 0.091) and stress (p value: 0.000). Conclusion: There is a correlation between stress and the incidence of dyspepsia and there is no correlation between drinking coffee and the incidence of dyspepsia. It is expected that health workers will always provide information to the public about dyspepsia and the public to consume healthy food.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. All the authors must have agreed to the submission and to the order of their names on the title page. They must also have agreed that the corresponding author may act on their behalf throughout the editorial review and publication process. The corresponding author is responsible for obtaining such agreement.
Requests for changes in authorship (order of listing or addition or deletion of names) after submission should be accompanied by signed statements of agreement from all the parties involved. To maintain and protect the publisher‘s ownership and rights and to protect the original authors from misappropriations of their published work, author(s) are required to sign a Journal Publishing Agreement and send it to the editorial office (jhtm@uui.ac.id).
II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
