Efektivitas Antipiretik Ekstrak Etanol Daun Delima (Punica Granatum L.) pada Mencit (Mus Musculus L.)

Daun delima (Punica granatum L.) secara tradisional telah banyak digunakan untuk berbagai penyakit salah satunya untuk demam. Berbagai senyawa terdapat dalam daun delima yaitu flavonoid, tanin dan saponin, dimana senyawa flavonoid berfungsi sebagai antipiretik. Metode penelitian ini Eksperimental Laboratorium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas antipiretik dan dosis efektif ekstrak etanol daun delima pada penurunan suhu mencit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental laboratorium. Sebanyak 25 ekor dengan berat badan 20- 30 gram dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok perlakuan yang terdiri dari kelompok perlakuan kontrol negatif diberikan na-CMC 0,5%, perlakuan positif diberikan paracetamol dan 3 kelompok perlakuan dengan pemberian ekstrak daun delima dosis bertingkat yaitu 100 mg/g BB, 150 mg/g BB, 200 mg/g BB. Untuk menaikkan suhu rektal, mencit diberikan suspensi pepton 5% secara oral kemudian diukur dengan menggunakan termometer digital setiap 30 menit hingga menit ke 120. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan program SPSS yang dianalisis menggunakan uji ANOVA (Analysis Of Varian) dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daun delima memiliki efektivitas antipiretik. Data yang dihasilkan berdistribusi normal (p>0,05). ekstrak etanol daun delima yang paling efektif sebagai antipiretik yaitu pada dosis 150 mg dan 200 mg/g BB. Kesimpulan penelitian daun delima memiliki aktivitas antipiretik.

Punica granatum L. have traditionally been used for various diseases, one of which is fever. Various compounds are found in pomegranate leaves, namely flavonoids, tannins and saponins, where flavonoid compounds function as antipyretics. This research method is Experimental Laboratory. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of antipyretics and effective doses of ethanol extract of pomegranate leaves in reducing the temperature of mice. The research method used is laboratory experimental. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of antipyretics and effective doses of ethanol extract of pomegranate leaves in reducing the temperature of mice. The research method used is laboratory experimental. Twenty five individuals weighing 20-30 grams were divided into 5 treatment groups consisting of a negative control group given 0.5% na-CMC, positive treatment given paracetamol and 3 treatment groups with graded doses of pomegranate leaf extract, namely 100 mg/day. g BW, 150 mg/g BW, 200 mg/g BW. To raise the rectal temperature, the mice were given orally 5% peptone suspension and then measured using a digital thermometer every 30 minutes until the 120th minute. Pomegranate has antipyretic effectiveness. The resulting data is normally distributed (p>0.05). The most effective ethanol extract of pomegranate leaves as an antipyretic is at doses of 150 mg and 200 mg/g BW. The conclusion of this study is that pomegranate leaves have antipyretic activity.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
