Evaluasi Implementasi SIMRS Rawat Jalan Terhadap Sistem Pelaporan Klaim BPJS di RSUD Aek Kanopan Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Utara

Setiap Rumah Sakit wajib melaksanakan pencatatan dan pelaporan tentang semua kegiatan penyelenggaraan Rumah Sakit dalam bentuk Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS). Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit sebagai sebuah sistem informasi terintegrasi yang disiapkan untuk menangani keseluruhan proses manajemen Rumah Sakit, mulai dari pelayanan sistem dan tindakan untuk pasien, medical record, apotek, gudang farmasi, penagihan, database personalia, penggajian karyawan, proses akuntansi sampai dengan pengendalian oleh manajemen. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh SIMRS Rawat Jalan terhadap efektifitas pelaporan klaim BPJS Kesehatan di RSUD Aek Kanopan Kab. Labuhan Batu Utara. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan survei analitik deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas rekam medis yang ada di unit rekam medis yang ada di RSUD Aek Kanopan yaitu sebanyak 41 orang petugas rekam medis, petugas administrasi dan verifikasi klaim BPJS RSUD Aek Kanopan. pengambilan smpel dengan metode total sampling.sedangkan sampel berjumlah 41 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Berdasarkan hasil uji chi-square diketahui bahwa sistem pelaporan klaim BPJS berpengaruh terhadap Pelaporan, Pengkodingan, Verifikasi dan Pengajuan, p = 0,001, artinya ada pengaruh Pelaporan, Pengkodingan, Verifikasi dan Pengajuan terhadap sistem pelaporan klaim BPJS. Dari hasil analisis multivariat diketahui variabel yang paling berpengaruh dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Pengkodingan dengan nilai OR 83.966. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Pelaporan, Pengkodingan, Verifikasi dan Pengajuan berpengaruh terhadap sistem pelaporan klaim BPJS, Pengkodingan bernilai lebih dominan, artinya variabel Pengkodingan paling berpengaruh terhadap sistem pelaporan klaim BPJS di RSUD Aek Kanopan Kab. Labuhan Batu Utara. Bagi rumah sakit memberikan kesempatan pelatihan kepada seluruh pegawai untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai berkenaan dengan sistem BPJS untuk mengoptimalkan pemberkasan, perlunya meningkatkan dan lebih mendayagunakan fungsinya.

Every Hospital is required to carry out recording and reporting of all Hospital administration activities in the form of a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). Hospital Management Information System as an integrated information system prepared to handle the entire hospital management process, starting from system services and actions for patients, medical records, pharmacies, pharmaceutical warehouses, billing, personnel databases, employee payroll, accounting processes to control. by management. The goal to be achieved in this study is to analyze the effect of Outpatient SIMRS on the effectiveness of reporting BPJS Health claims at Aek Kanopan Hospital, Kab. North Labuhan Batu. This type of research uses a descriptive analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all medical record officers in the medical record unit at Aek Kanopan Hospital, namely as many as 41 medical record officers, administrative officers and BPJS claims verification officers at Aek Kanopan Hospital. smple taking with total sampling method. while the sample amounted to 41 people. Data analysis was performed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Based on the results of the chi-square test it is known that the BPJS claim reporting system has an effect on Reporting, Coding, Verification and Submission, p = 0.001, meaning that there is an influence on Reporting, Coding, Verification and Submission of the BPJS claim reporting system. From the results of multivariate analysis it is known that the most influential variable in this study is the Coding variable with an OR value of 83,966. The conclusion in this study is that the variables Reporting, Coding, Verification and Submission have an effect on the BPJS claim reporting system. North Labuhan Batu. For hospitals to provide training opportunities for all employees to improve employee performance with regard to the BPJS system to optimize filing, the need to improve and make more efficient use of its functions.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
