HUBUNGAN ASUPAN ENERGI, STATUS GIZI DAN AKTIVITAS FISIK DENGAN DAYA TAHAN (ENDURANCE) PADA ATLET SEPAK BOLA PSSI CABANG ACEH TENGAH TAHUN 2018

Latar Belakang : Daya tahan (endurance) adalah keadaan atau kondisi tubuh yang mampu untuk bekerja lama tanpa mengalami kelelahan yang berlebihan setelah menyelesaikan suatu kegiatan. Menurut penelitian Syahputra, dkk (2016) tentang analisis status gizi dan daya tahan atlet sepak bola di Banda Aceh berjumlah 18 orang, menunjukkan bahwa daya tahan pada atlet sebesar 71,3% berada pada kategori kurang. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan asupan energi, status gizi dan aktivitas fisik dengan daya tahan (endurance) pada atlet sepak bola PSSI kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain dengan cross sectional dengan populasi yaitu seluruh pemain sepak bola di Klub Binaan PSSI Cabang Aceh Tengah, berjumlah 30 orang, usia 16-19 tahun. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 29 Maret – 8 April 2018. Pada masa atlet sedang tidak ada pertandingan. Cara pengumpulan data dengan metode kuesioner. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan batas kemaknaan (α=0,05). Ha diterima bila p-value < 0,05. Hasil Penelitian : Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atlet dengan asupan energi kurang dan memiliki daya tahan (endurance) cukup berjumlah 13 orang (87,6%). Atlet dengan status gizi kurus dan memiliki daya tahan (endurance) kurang berjumlah 8 orang (57,1%). Atlet dengan aktivitas fisik ringan dan memiliki daya tahan (endurance) kurang berjumlah 9 orang (60%). Kesimpulan dan Saran : Terdapat hubungan asupan energi dengan daya tahan (endurance) pada atlet sepat bola dengan nilai (p = 0,023), tidak terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dengan daya tahan (endurance) pada atlet sepak bola dengan nilai (p = 0,072), ada hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dengan daya tahan (endurance) pada atlet sepak bola dengan nilai (p = 0,023). Diharapkan atlet dapat meningkatkan asupan energi, status gizi dan aktivitas fisik serta memotivasi diri agar dapat meningkatkan daya tahan (endurance) menjadi lebih baik.

Background: Endurance (endurance) is a condition or condition of the body that is able to work long without experiencing excessive fatigue after completing an activity. According to Syahputra's research, et al (2016) on the analysis of nutritional status and endurance of athlete football in Banda Aceh amounted to 18 people, showing that endurance athletes of 71.3% are in the less category. Objectives: To determine the relationship between energy intake intake, nutritional status and endurance physical activity (endurance) at soccer athletes PSSI Central Aceh district. Methods: This study used a cross sectional design with the population of all soccer players in Clubs PSSI Central Aceh branch, amounted to 30 people, aged 16-19 years. This study was conducted on March 29 to April 8, 2018. At the time of athletes are no match. How to collect data by questionnaire method. Furthermore, chi-square test with 95% confidence level and significance limit (α = 0,05). Ha is accepted when p-value <0,05. Results: The results showed that athletes with less energy intake and endurance were 13 (87.6%). Athletes with nutritional status are thin and have less endurance amounted to 8 people (57.1%). Athletes with mild physical activity and have less endurance amounted to 9 people (60%). Conclusion and Suggestion: There is relationship between energy intake with endurance at spherical ballet with value (p = 0,023), there is no relationship between nutritional status with endurance at soccer athlete with value (p = 0,072), there is relationship between physical activity with endurance at soccer athlete with value (p = 0,023). It is expected that athletes can increase energy intake, nutritional status and physical activity as well as self motivate in order to improve endurance for the better.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
