Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Memengaruhi Kepuasan Pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Selasih Kab. Pelalawan Riau

Menurut WHO (World Health Organization), rumah sakit adalah bagian integral dari suatu organisasi sosial dan kesehatan dengan fungsi menyediakan pelayanan paripurna (komprehensif), penyembuhan penyakit (kuratif) dan pencegahan penyakit (preventif) kepada masyarakat. Rumah Sakit juga merupakan pusat pelatihan bagi tenaga kesehatan dan pusat penelitian medik. Tujuan penelitian untuk ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi teknis, efesiensi dan keselamatan pasien terhadap kepuasan keluarga pasien. Desain penelitian menggunakan survei analitik dengan rancangan crossectional. Populasi Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Selasih Kab. Pelalawan Riau sebanyak 167 orang. Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Selasih Kab, Pelalawan Riau sebanyak 167 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang akan di teliti adalah 118 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian variabel kompetensi teknis diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,000, efesiensi 0,000, dan keselamatan pasien 0,000 < α 0,05, artinya ada pengaruh antara kompetensi teknis, efesiensi dan keselamatan pasien terhadap kepuasan keluarga, dari hasil analisis multivariat didapatkan variabel yang paling berpengaruh dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel kompetensi teknis dengan nilai Exp B 4.981. Kesimpulan ada pengaruh antara kompetensi teknis, efesiensi dan keselamatan pasien sedangkan analisa multivariat menunjukkan hasil bahwa faktor yang paling dominan adalah variabel kompetensi teknis terhadap kepuasan keluarga. Disarankan kepada pihak rumah sakit agar dapat meningkatkan kompetensi teknis perawat Ruang Ruang Rawat Inap dengan cara mengadakan pelatihan dan workshop baik pelatihan internal maupun eksternal.

The Hospital is also a training center for health workers and a medical research center. . The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of technical competence, efficiency and patient safety on patient family satisfaction. The research design used an analytic survey with a cross-sectional design. Population The population in this study were all patients in the Inpatient Room of Selasih Hospital, Kab. Pelalawan Riau as many as 167 people. In the Inpatient Room of the Selasih District Hospital, Pelalawan Riau, there were 167 people. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The number of samples to be examined is 118 people. Data analysis was performed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results of the research on the technical competency variable obtained a p-value = 0.000, efficiency of 0.000, and patient safety of 0.000 <α 0.05, meaning that there is an influence between technical competence, efficiency and patient safety on family satisfaction, from the results of multivariate analysis it was found that the most influential variable in this study is the technical competency variable with an Exp B value of 4,981. The conclusion is that there is an influence between technical competence, efficiency and patient safety while the multivariate analysis shows that the most dominant factor is technical competency variable on family satisfaction. It is suggested to the hospital to be able to improve the technical competence of nurses in the Inpatient Room by holding training and workshops, both internal and external training.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
