Efektifitas Penerapan Endorphin Massage Menggunakan Minyak Aromaterapi Lavender Dalam Menurunkan Nyeri Persalinan Kala I Fase Aktif

Metode yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan nyeri pada persalinan baik secara farmakologi maupun non farmakologi. Salah satu metode non farmakologi adalah endorphin massage menggunakan minyak aromaterapi lavender. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan endorphin massage dengan menggunakan minyak aromaterapi lavender dalam menurunkan nyeri persalinan kala I fase aktif di UPTD Puskesmas Lokop Kecamatan Serbajadi Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu quasi experiment dengan desain yang dipakai adalah pretest-posttest one group design. Pengambilan sampel secara total populasi yaitu 22 responden. Analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon rank test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rerata pretest intensitas nyeri persalinan adalah 6,18 dengan standar deviasi 2,519. Sedangkan nilai rerata posttest intensitas nyeri persalinan adalah 4,32 dengan standar deviasi 1,961. Hasil uji Wilcoxon rank test didapatkan nilai Ï-value=0,000. Diharapkan ibu bersalin dapat melakukan endorphin massage sebagai salah satu terapi dalam mengurangi nyeri persalinan dan dapat digunakan saat proses persalinan selanjutnya.

Methods used to reduce pain in labor, using pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. One of the non-pharmacological methods is endorphin massage using lavender aromatherapy oil. Research objective is to find out the effectiveness of the application of endorphin massage by using lavender aromatherapy oil in reducing labor pain when active phase. This methods of research is quasi experiment with the design used is pretest-posttest one group design. The sampling method is a total sampling is 22 people. Data analysis using the wilcoxon sign rank test.It shows that the average value of labor pain intensity pretest is 6.18 with a standard deviation of 2.519. While the average value of labor pain intensity posttest was 4.32 with a standard deviation of 1.961. The results of the paired t test obtained the Ï-value= 0.000. It is hoped that maternity mothers can do endorphin massage as a therapy in reducing labor pain in the active phase of the first stage and can be used during the next delivery process.

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
