Tingginya angka kelahiran di Indonesia merupakan salah satu masalah besar dan perluperhatian khusus dalam penanganannya. Salah satu bentuk perhatian khusus pemerintah dalam menanggulangi angka kelahiran yang tinggi tersebutyaitu dengan melaksanakan pembangunan dan keluarga berencana secara komprehensif. Gerakan Keluarga Berencana Nasional disiapkan untuk membangun sumber daya manusia yang optimal, dengan ciri semakin meningkatnya peran serta masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan untuk dapat membangun keluarga sejahtera dalam rangka pelayanan Keluarga Berencana (KB) (BKKBN,2009). Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh Dukungan Keluarga dukungan keluarga dengan keikutsertaan wanita usia subur menjadi akseptor KB Aktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Kampung BaruKelurahan Medan Baru kecamatan Medan Maimun Sumatera Utara, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wanita Usia Subur selama 3 bulan terkahir, Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan total sampling yaitu sebanyak 48 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Dukungan keluarga mayoritas tidak mendukung program KB pada wanita usia subur di Wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Kampung Baru, kecamatan Medan Maimun, Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2023 yaitu 60,4%, Keikutsertaan program KB pada wanita usia subur mayoritas Tidak KB yaitu 58,3%., Ada pengaruh dukungan keluarga dengan keikutsertaan program KB aktif pada wanita usia subur di Wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Kampung Baru, kecamatan Medan Maimun, Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2023 yaitu dengan pvalue 0,000.

The high birth rate in Indonesia is a big problem and requires special attention in handling it. One form of special attention from the government in overcoming the high birth rate is by implementing comprehensive development and family planning. The National Family Planning Movement is prepared to build optimal human resources, characterized by increasing community participation in meeting the needs to be able to build prosperous families in the context of Family Planning (KB) services (BKKBN, 2009). The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of family support on family support with the participation of women of childbearing age as active family planning acceptors. This research uses an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach. This research will be carried out in the work area of the UPT Puskesmas Kampung Baru, Medan Baru sub-district, Medan Maimun sub-district, North Sumatra. The population in this study is all women of childbearing age during the last 3 months. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling of 48 people. The results of the research show that the majority of family support does not support the family planning program for women of childbearing age in the working area of the UPT Puskesmas Kampung Baru, Medan Maimun subdistrict, North Sumatra Province in 2023, namely 60.4%. 3%., There is an influence of family support on active family planning program participation on women of childbearing age in the working area of the UPT Puskesmas Kampung Baru, Medan Maimun sub district, North Sumatra Province in 2023, namely with a p value of 0.000.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
