Analisis Kepuasan Ibu Hamil tentang Pelayanan Antenatal Care di Praktik Mandiri Bidan Kota Lhokseumawe

Pelayanan antenatal adalah pelayanan kesehatan oleh tenaga profesional untuk ibu selama masa kehamilan, memantau kemungkinan adanya resiko-resiko kehamilan, resiko tinggi dan menurunkan morbiditas dan mortalitas ibu dan perinatal. Sehingga menuntut totalitas kualitas pelayanan pemeriksaan kehamilan yang dilaksanakan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan kepada Masyarakat, dengan mempertimbangkan dua aspek yaitu dari sisi petugas kesehatan, dimana dianjurkan untuk menggunakan indikator Standar Operasinal Prosedur (SOP), dan dari sisi konsumen yang dianjurkan untuk menggunakan indikator kepuasan pasien. Oleh karena itu mutu layanan yang ditawarkan merupakan hal yang penting dalam layanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan ibu hamil tentang pelayanan antenatal Care di Praktik Mandiri Bidan Kota Lhokseumawe. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil yang datang berkunjung ke Praktik mandiri Bidan sebanyak 46 orang. instrument penelitian dalam bentuk kuesioner. Pengolahan data dilakukan melalui tahap editing, coding, data entry, dan tabulating. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan Uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara kepuasan ibu hamil tentang pelayanan dengan pemeriksaan antenatal care di Praktik Mandiri Bidan Kota Lhokseumawe (pvalue = 0,280). Dari hasil penelitian yang telah didapatkan, diharapkan ibu hamil rutin dan lengkap melakukan pemeriksaan antenatal care, terutama pada kunjungan awal kehamilan.

Antenatal care is health care provided by professional staff for mothers during pregnancy, monitoring possible pregnancy risks, high risks and reducing maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. So it demands the total quality of pregnancy examination services provided by health service facilities to the community, taking into account two aspects, namely from the side of health workers, where it is recommended to use Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) indicators, and from the consumer side, which is recommended to use indicators of patient satisfaction. Therefore, the quality of services offered is important in health services. The aim of this research is to determine the satisfaction of pregnant women regarding antenatal care services at the Independent Midwife Practice in Lhokseumawe City. This type of research is associative with a cross sectional approach. The sample for this research was 46 pregnant women who came to visit the Midwife's Independent Practice. research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data processing is carried out through editing, coding, data entry and tabulating stages. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi Square Test. The results of the study showed that there was no relationship between pregnant women's satisfaction regarding services and Antenatal Care examinations at the Independent Midwife Practice in Lhokseumawe City (pvalue = 0.280). From the research results that have been obtained, it is hoped that pregnant women will carry out routine and complete antenatal care checks, especially at early pregnancy visits.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. All the authors must have agreed to the submission and to the order of their names on the title page. They must also have agreed that the corresponding author may act on their behalf throughout the editorial review and publication process. II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
