PENGARUH JOB SATISFACTION TERHADAP EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT PADA KARYAWAN INDUSTRI ACEH LADONG

Karyawan salah satu industri tekstil di PT. Sari Warna Asli II Boyolali sering melakukan perekrutan karyawan sehingga apabila terdapat karyawan yang keluar akan ada perekrutan karyawan baru atau disebut pergantian atau keluar masuk karyawan (turnover) perawal tahun 2022 sebesar 13,45% karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap employee engagement pada karyawan industri tekstil.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kausal- komparatif serta sampel sebanyak 96 responden Karyawan Industri Tekstil yaitu karyawan PT. Sari Warna Asli Unit II Boyolali diambil dengan cara cluster sampling dengan kluster pada jabatannya yaitu Assisten Manager, KASI, KAUR & KARU, dan pelaksana. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan alat ukur atau skala psikologi. Uji analisis linearitas diperoleh nilai signifikansi Deviation from Linearity 0,216 > 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang linear secara signifikan antara variabel Job Satisfaction (X) dengan Employee Engagement (Y)
Hasil penelitian dalam uji regresi linear sederhana diperoleh nilai signifikansi koefisien menunjukkan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,929 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,395 dengan tingkat parameter positif. Hasil nilai koefisien besarnya korelasi/rasio ® sebesar 0,376 dan koefisien determinasi (R- squared) sebesar 0,141. Dengan sumbangan efektif dari keseluruhan predictor job satisfaction sebesar 0,336 atau sebesar 33%. Maka dapat disimpulkan Job Satisfaction memiliki kontribusi mempengaruhi Employee Engagement sebesar 33% dan 67% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Sehingga, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Job Satisfaction terhadap Employee Engagement pada Karyawan Industri Tekstil. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi nilai Job Satisfaction maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat Employee Engagement, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah nilai Job Satisfaction maka semakin rendah pula tingkat Employee Engagement.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
