Hubungan Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Dengan Resiko 4T Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mutiara Tahun 2022

Latar  Belakang: Keberhasilan program kesehatan ibu dapat dinilai melalui indikator Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI). Upaya pencegahan diperlukan untuk mengurangi AKI. Deteksi awal pada kehamilan dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk mencegah kehamilan risiko tinggi pada ibu  hamil, salah satunya disebabkan oleh kehamilan 4T yang dapat menimbulkan berbagai risiko bagi ibu seperti perdarahan, eklampsia, aborsi tidak aman (unsafe abortion), partus lama, infeksi yang     merupakan faktor penyebab tingginya AKI di Indonesia serta risiko bagi bayi seperti prematur, BBLR, cacat bawaan dan kematian bayi. Ada banyak faktor yang menjadi penyebab keadaan tersebut, salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap tingginya AKI adalah pengetahuan terhadap kehamilannya. Tujuan Penelitian: mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan resiko 4T di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mutiara Tahun 2022. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil yang berobat ke Puskesmas Mutiara pada tanggal 07 s/d 15 Februari 2022 Kabupaten Pidie sebanyak 90 orang. Hasil Penelitian: Ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan resiko 4T di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mutiara Tahun 2022 dengan p value 0.000.  Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan resiko 4T di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mutiara Tahun 2022.

Background The success of maternal health programs can be assessed through the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) indicator. Preventive efforts are needed to reduce MMR. Early detection of pregnancy can be used as an effort to prevent high risk pregnancies in pregnant women, one of which is caused by 4T pregnancies which can cause various risks for the mother such as bleeding, eclampsia, unsafe abortion, prolonged labor, and infections. is a factor causing high MMR in Indonesia as well as risks for babies such as prematurity, LBW, congenital defects and infant death. There are many factors that cause this situation, one of the factors that influences the high MMR is knowledge of pregnancy. Research Objective: to determine the relationship between knowledge and 4T risk in the Mutiara Health Center Work Area in 2022. Research Method: This research is analytical with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women who sought treatment at the Mutiara Community Health Center from 07 to 15 February 2022, Pidie Regency, totaling 90 people. Research Results: There is a relationship between maternal knowledge and the risk of 4T in the working area of Mutiara Health Center in 2022 with a p value of 0.000. Conclusion: There is a relationship between maternal knowledge and the risk of 4T in the Mutiara Health Center working area in 2022.Â

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
