HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN, PERAN KADER DAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA TERHADAP KEIKUTSERTAAN LANSIA DALAM PROGRAM PENGELOLAAN PENYAKIT KRONIS (PROLANIS) DI POSYANDU LANSIA GAMPONG MULIA

Latar Belakang Masalah: Prolanis bertujuan mendorong pasien penyakit kronis untuk hidup lebih berkualitas dan optimal dan biaya pelayanan efektif efisien sehingga mencegah timbulnya komplikasi penyakit. Berdasarkan rasio kunjungan Prolanis di Puskesmas Kuta alam sebesar 44,2% belum mencapai ketetapan Kemenkes yaitu > 50%. Gampong Mulia merupakan salah satu gampong dengan jumlah lansia terbanyak hipertensi dan diabetes dan dengan kehadiran lansia mengikuti Prolanis paling rendah dibandingkan dengan 5 gampong lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, peran kader dan dukungan keluarga dalam Prolanis di Posyandu Lansia Gampong Mulia. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan desain cross sectional studi. Penelitian dilakukan di Posyandu Lansia Gampong Mulia tanggal 08-18 Juli 2024 dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 57 orang penderita diabetes mellitus dan hipertensi yang terdaftar di di Posyandu Lansia Gampong Mulia. Analisa data univariat dan bivariate dengan uji chi-square .Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa pengetahuan 0,04 < dari nilai α = 0,05, peran kader P. Value sebesar 0,03 < dari nilai α = 0,05, P. Value sebesar 0,02 < dari nilai α = 0,05 mempunyai hubungan signifikan terhadap keikutsertaan lansia dalam pelasanaan Prolanis. Ada hubungan pengetahuan, peran kader dan dukungan keluarga terhadap prolanis. Diharapkan pihak Puskesmas Kuta Alam melakukan koordinasi dan pengawasan kepada pemegang program prolanis dan kader Poyandu Lansia Gampong Mulia. Diharapkan pemegang program prolanis dan kader rutin melakukan sosialisasi prolanis dengan pendekatan kepada keluarga penderita dan kunjungan ke rumah lansia atau home visit. Keluarga lansia diharapkan lebih mendukung lansia dan mengingatkan jadwal prolanis.

Background of the Problem: Prolanis aims to encourage chronic disease patients to live a better quality and optimal life and cost-effective services so as to prevent disease complications. Based on the ratio of Prolanis visits to the Kuta Alam Community Health Center of 44.2%, it has not reached the Ministry of Health's determination of > 50%. Gampong Mulia is one of the gampongs with the highest number of elderly people with hypertension and diabetes and the lowest number of elderly people taking Prolanis compared to 5 other gampongs. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge, the role of cadres and family support in Prolanis at the Gampong Mulia Elderly Posyandu. This research is analytical with a cross sectional study design. The research was conducted at the Gampong Mulia Elderly Posyandu on 08-18 July 2024 using a purposive sampling technique. The research sample was 57 people with diabetes mellitus and hypertension who were registered at the Gampong Mulia Elderly Posyandu. Univariate and bivariate data analysis using the chi-square test. The research results show that knowledge is 0.04 < of the value α = 0.05, the role of cadres P. Value is 0.03 < of the value α = 0.05, P. Value is 0.02 < of the value α = 0.05 has a significant relationship with elderly participation in Prolanis treatment.There is a relationship between knowledge, the role of cadres and family support for prolanis. It is hoped that the Kuta Alam Community Health Center will coordinate and supervise the prolanis program holders and Gampong Mulia Elderly Poyandu cadres. It is hoped that prolanis program holders and cadres will routinely carry out prolanis socialization by approaching families of sufferers and visiting elderly homes or home visits. It is hoped that elderly families will be more supportive of the elderly and remind them of prolanis schedules.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
