HUBUNGAN GAYA HIDUP DENGAN TERJADINYA HIPERTENSI PADA LANSIA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PEUSANGAN KABUPATEN BIREUEN

Gaya hidup adalah salah satu perilaku yang dapat mencerminkan kesehatan pada lansia. Gaya hidup yang tidak benar dapat menyebabkan timbulnya hipertensi. Oleh karena itu gaya hidup merupakan faktor risiko penting timbulnya hipertensi pada lansia dan termasuk juga pada dewasa muda. Menurut data yang di dapatkan dari WHO (World Health Organization) (2019) mengatakan saat ini angka prevalensi penderita hipertensi secara global sebesar 22% dari total penduduk dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Gaya Hidup dengan Terjadinya Hipertensi Pada Lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Peusangan Kabupaten Bireuen Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh lansia baik laki-laki ataupu perempuan baik yang mengalami hipertensi maupun tidak di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Peusangan kabupaten Bireuen, baik yang berkunjung ke pukesmas ataupun posyandu lansia dengan jumlah 36 orang yang diambil dengan metode total sampling, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Uji analisis menggunakan program komputer yaitu SPSS 16.0 untuk menilai data statistik frekuensi dan uji Chi-Square. pada variabel bivariat diperoleh nilai fisher exact test antara gaya hidup pola makan dengan kejadian hipertensi yaitu Ï = 0,039, gaya hidup aktifitas fisik Ï = 0,008, kebiasaan istirahat/tidur Ï = 0,020 (Ï < α = 0,05), sehingga dapat dinyatakan ada hubungan antara Gaya Hidup dengan Terjadinya Hipertensi Pada Lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Peusangan Kabupaten Bireuen. Adapun saran peniliti yaitu diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia mengenai Gaya Hidup yang baik bagi kesehatan lansia, sehingga dapat mengurangi terjadinya hiperetensi.

Lifestyle is one behavior that can reflect health in the elderly. Improper lifestyle can lead to the onset of hypertension. Therefore, lifestyle is an important risk factor for hypertension in the elderly and also in young adults. According to data obtained from the WHO (World Health Organization) (2019) said that currently the prevalence rate of people with hypertension globally is 22% of the total world population. This study aims to determine the Relationship between Lifestyle and the Occurrence of Hypertension in the Elderly in the Working Area of the Peusangan Health Center, Bireuen Regency in 2024. This type of research is quantitative using an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was all elderly people, both men and women, both those who had hypertension and not in the working area of the Peusangan Health Center, Bireuen regency, Both those who visited pukesmas or posyandu elderly with a total of 36 people were taken by the total sampling method, by distributing questionnaires. The analysis test uses a computer program, namely SPSS 16.0 to assess frequency statistical data and the Chi-Square test. In the bivariate variable, fisher exact test values were obtained between dietary lifestyle and the incidence of hypertension, namely Ï = 0.039, physical activity lifestyle Ï = 0.008, rest/sleep habits Ï = 0.020 (Ï < α = 0.05), so it can be stated that there is a relationship between Lifestyle and the Occurrence of Hypertension in the Elderly in the Working Area of the Peusangan Health Center, Bireuen Regency. The researchers' suggestions are expected that this research can increase the knowledge of the elderly about a good lifestyle for the health of the elderly, so as to reduce the occurrence of hypertension.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. All the authors must have agreed to the submission and to the order of their names on the title page. They must also have agreed that the corresponding author may act on their behalf throughout the editorial review and publication process. The corresponding author is responsible for obtaining such agreement.

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
