It is believed that vaccination prevents between two and three million deaths annually and is a proven method for controlling and eradicating infectious diseases with a high mortality rate. According to information from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2021, out of 129 million children worldwide, around 25 million did not receive any immunizations. This study aimed to determine the factors associated with the provision of complete basic immunization in 10-12 old months at Working Area of Syamtalira Aron Health Center, Aceh Utara Regency in 2023. This is an analytic survey research with a cross sectional approach. A total of 65 mothers who had children aged 10 to 12 months in 2023 made up the study's population. Total population was used as the sampling strategy. utilizing the chi-square test to analyze data. The results of the study based on the chi-square test analysis obtained variable knowledge p-value =0.338, occupation p-value =0.170, family support p-value =0.006, distance of service location p-value =1.000. The conclusion of the study shows that family support and the administration of a full course of basic immunization to infants aged 10 to 12 months at the Syamtalira Aron Health Center have a relationship. There is no correlation between knowledge, occupation, or distance from the location of the service. Health professionals at the Syamtalira Aron Health Center are anticipated to spread awareness of the value of immunizations so that individuals will understand and want to finish the required immunizations.
