FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PENYAKIT HIPERTENSI DI DESA JAMBO APHA KECAMATAN TAPAKTUAN KABUPATEN ACEH SELATAN

Hipertensi merupakan penyebab kematian utama yang sering disebut the silent killer disease. Dimana pada saat ini penyakit degeneratif dan kardiovaskuler adalah salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat di indonesia. Berdasarkan data terbaru dari Dinas Kesehatan Aceh, Kabupaten Aceh Selatan menghadapi tantangan signifikan terkait prevelensi hipertensi di kalangan penduduk dewasa. Pada tahun 2022, terdapat 17.813 kasus hipertensi pada laki-laki berusia diatas 15 tahun, sementara pada populasi perempuan jumlahnya mencapai 21.443 kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor stres, status merokok, keturunan dan aktivitas fisik yang berhubungan dengan penyakit hipertensi di Desa Jambo Apha Kecamatan Tapaktuan Kabupaten Aceh Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan case control. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh laki-laki usia 28 sampai 55 tahun di desa Jambo Apha dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 orang, 45 orang pada kelompok case dan 45 orang pada kelompok control. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini dengan langkah editing, Coding, Tabulating, Processing dan analisis data secara Univariat dan Bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 01 sampai dengan 06 Juli 2024. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan bahwa variabel stress (p-value = 0,77 dan OR 1,17), status merokok (p-value= 0,66 dan OR 0,82), aktivitas fisik (p-value 0,65 dengan nilai OR 0,81) dan riwayat hipertensi dalam keluarga (p-value= 0,001 dan OR 4,63). Kesimpulan tidak ada hubungan antara stress, status merokok, aktivitas fisik dengan riwayat hipertensi. Ada hubungan riwayat hipertensi dalam keluarga dengan kejadian hipertensi. Penelitian ini hendaknya dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan masukan bagi responden dan pihak institusi kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang faktor yang berhubungan dengan Hipertensi.

Hypertension is the leading cause of death which is often called the silent killer disease. Currently, degenerative and cardiovascular diseases are one of the major public health problems in Indonesia. Based on recent data from the Aceh Health Office, South Aceh District faces significant challenges related to the prevalence of hypertension among the adult population. In 2022, there were 17,813 cases of hypertension in males aged over 15 years, while in the female population the number reached 21,443 cases. This study aims to determine the factors of stress, smoking status, heredity and physical activity associated with hypertension in Jambo Apha Village, Tapaktuan District, South Aceh Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a case control approach. The population in this study were all men aged 28 to 55 years in Jambo Apha village and the sample in this study amounted to 90 people, 45 people in the case group and 45 people in the control group. Data processing in this study with the steps of editing, coding, tabulating, processing and data analysis in Univariate and Bivariate using the Chi-Square test. This research was conducted on July 01 to 06, 2024. The results showed that stress variables (p-value = 0.77 and OR 1.17), smoking status (p-value = 0.66 and OR 0.82), physical activity (p-value 0.65 with OR value 0.81) and family history of hypertension (p-value = 0.001 and OR 4.63). Conclusion There is no association between stress, smoking status, physical activity with history of hypertension. There is an association of family history of hypertension with the incidence of hypertension. This study should be used as input for respondents and health institutions to increase knowledge about factors related to hypertension.

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
