FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGETAHUAN REMAJA TENTANG PENYAKIT MENULAR SEKSUAL DI SMA NEGERI 4 KOTA BANDA ACEH

Penyakit menular seksual (PMS) adalah kelompok penyakit yang ditularkan terutama melalui kontak seksual, baik itu melalui hubungan vaginal, anal, maupun oral. Angka kejadian PMS di dunia terdiri dari klamidia (129 juta), gonore (82 juta), sifilis (7,1 juta), dan trikomoniasis (156 juta). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh peran orang tua, peran guru, dan peran petugas kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang PMS di SMA Negeri 4 Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 350 orang. Pengambilan sampel secara sistematika random sampling sebanyak 93 responden. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan dari tanggal 31 Juli sampai dengan 1 Agustus 2024. Hasil penelitian dari uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa faktor peran orang tua (P value=0.000,, OR=13.846), peran guru (P value=0.002, OR=9.365), peran petugas kesehatan (P value=0.000, OR=2.527). Kesimpulan ada pengaruh faktor peran orang tua, peran guru dan peran petugas kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang penyakit menular seksual di SMA Negeri 4 Kota Banda Aceh.

Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are a group of diseases transmitted primarily through sexual contact, be it vaginal, anal, or oral intercourse. The incidence of STDs in the world consists of chlamydia (129 million), gonorrhea (82 million), syphilis (7.1 million), and trichomoniasis (156 million). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the role of parents, the role of teachers, and the role of health workers on adolescents' knowledge of STDs at SMA Negeri 4 Banda Aceh City. This study used quantitative methods and analytic research types with a cross sectional approach . The study population was 350 people. Sampling by systematic random sampling as many as 93 respondents. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data collection for this study was carried out from July 31 to August 1, 2024. The results of the statistical test showed that the role of parents (P value=0.000, OR=13.846), the role of teachers (P value=0.002, OR=9.365), the role of health workers (P value=0.000, OR=2.527). Conclusion There is an influence of parental role factors, the role of teachers and the role of health workers on adolescents' knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases at SMA Negeri 4 Banda Aceh City.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. All the authors must have agreed to the submission and to the order of their names on the title page. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
