FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI KELANCARAN ASI PADA IBU MENYUSUI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PEULIMBANG KABUPATEN BIREUEN TAHUN 2024

Air susu ibu (ASI) adalah makanan bayi yang paling penting, terutama pada bulan-bulan pertama kehidupan bayi. ASI juga merupakan nutrisi alamiah bagi bayi karena mengandung kebutuhan energi dan zat yang dibutuhkan selama enam bulan pertama kehidupan bayi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi kelancaran Asi pada ibu menyusui di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Peulimbang Kabupaten Bireuen tahun 2024. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh ibu menyusui sebanyak 43 orang dan sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan total population yaitu sebanyak 43 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu data primer, sekunder dan tersier. Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dengan nilai sig-p 0,003 < 0,05), teknik menyusui dengan nilai sig-p 0,011 < 0,05, pengaruh stress dengan nilai sig-p 0,002 < 0,05 dengan Kelancaran Pengeluaran Asi Pada Ibu Menyusui. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil ada hubungan pengetahuan, teknik menyusui, dan stress memiliki hubungan dengan kelancaran pengeluaran ASI pada ibu menyusui. Sebagai bahan masukkan dan informasi kepada masyarakat khususnya ibu menyusui dalam penerapan ilmu kesehatan serta untuk menambah informasi bagi Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas untuk meningkatkan perilaku ibu dalam meningkatkan kelancaran Asi.

Mother's milk (ASI) is the most important baby food, especially in the first months of a baby's life. Breast milk is also a natural nutrition for babies because it contains the energy and substances needed during the first six months of a baby's life. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the smooth flow of breast milk for breastfeeding mothers in the Peulimbang Community Health Center Work Area, Bireuen Regency in 2024. The research design used was Cross Sectional. The population in this study were all 43 breastfeeding mothers and the sample taken using the total population was 43 people. Data collection methods are primary, secondary and tertiary data. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi-square test. The results of the research show that knowledge with a sig-p value of 0.003 < 0.05), breastfeeding techniques with a sig-p value of 0.011 < 0.05, the influence of stress with a sig-p value of 0.002 < 0.05 on the smooth production of breast milk in breastfeeding mothers. The conclusion in this study shows that there is a relationship between knowledge, breastfeeding techniques and stress with the smooth flow of breast milk in breastfeeding mothers. As input and information to the public, especially breastfeeding mothers, in the application of health science and to add information to the Puskesmas Work Area to improve maternal behavior in increasing the smooth flow of breastfeeding.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
