FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEHAMILAN YANG TIDAK DIHARAPKAN PADA IBU HAMIL YANG MELAKUKAN KUNJUNGAN ANTENATAL CARE DI PUSKESMAS KUTA ALAM KOTA BANDA ACEH

Kehamilan yang tidak diharapkan sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan Kesehatan suatu negara, hal tersebut dikarenakan kehamilan tidak direncanakan lebih banyak menimbulkan kerugian seperti Kesehatan ibu yang cenderung mengalami komplikasi saat kehamilan serta kehidupan sosial ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui determinan kehamilan yang tidak direncanakan pada ibu hamil yang melakukan kunjungan antenatal care di Puskesmas Kuta Alam Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi berjumlah 149 orang, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester I sebanyak 60 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Accidental Sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu uji Chi-Square. Hasil Penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa sebanyak 28,3% responden tidak mengharapkan terjadinya kehamilan yang dialami saat, ini, sebanyak 35% responden usia berisiko, sebanyak 26,6% responden yang primipara, sebanyak 28,3% responden yang jarak kelahiran < 3 tahun, sebanyak 38,3% responden yang pendapatan dibawah UMP, 26,6% responden berpendidikan dasar, sebanyak 25% responden yang tidak menggunakan kontrasepsi dan sebanyak 40% responden yang bekerja. Hasil uji statistik diketahui ada hubungan usia (p value 0,006), paritas (p value 0,002), jarak kelahiran (p value 0,012), pendapatan (p value 0,019), pendidikan (p value 0,039), penggunaan kontrasepsi (p value 0,021) dan pekerjaan (p value 0,006) dengan kehamilan tidak diharapkan. Kesimpulan menunjukkan ada hubungan usia, paritas, jarak kelahiran, pendapatan, pendidikan, penggunaan kontrasepsi dan pekerjaan dengan kehamilan tidak diharapkan.

Unplanned pregnancies greatly affect the health development of a country, this is because unplanned pregnancies cause more harm, such as the health of mothers who tend to experience complications during pregnancy and socio-economic life. The purpose of the study was to determine the determinants of unplanned pregnancy in pregnant women who visited antenatal care at the Kuta Alam Health Center, Banda Aceh City in 2023. This study is analytical with a cross-sectional research design. Data collection was carried out by interview using a questionnaire. The population was 149 people, the sample in this study was 60 pregnant women in the first trimester with a sampling technique, namely Accidental Sampling. The statistical test used was the Chi-Square test. The results of the study showed that 28.3% of respondents did not expect the pregnancy they were experiencing at this time, 35% of respondents were at risk, 26.6% of respondents were primiparous, 28.3% of respondents had a birth interval of <3 years, 38.3% of respondents whose income was below the UMP, 26.6% of respondents had basic education, 25% of respondents did not use contraception and 40% of respondents who worked. The results of statistical tests show that there is a relationship between age (p value 0.006), parity (p value 0.002), birth spacing (p value 0.012), income (p value 0.019), education (p value 0.039), use of contraception (p value 0.021) and employment (p value 0.006) with unwanted pregnancies. The conclusion shows that there is a relationship between age, parity, birth spacing, income, education, use of contraception and employment with unwanted pregnancies.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. All the authors must have agreed to the submission and to the order of their names on the title page. They must also have agreed that the corresponding author may act on their behalf throughout the editorial review and publication process. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
