Efektivitas Model Pendampingan "Peer-Educator" pada Remaja Putri dalam Pencegahan Anemia sebagai Upaya Hulu Penurunan Stunting di SMA Negeri 12 Banda Aceh. Masalah hulu stunting diawali dari tingginya angka anemia remaja putri akibat ketidakpatuhan konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD). Penelitian kuasi eksperimen (non-equivalent control group design) selama 5 bulan (Januari-Mei 2025) ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas model pendampingan teman sebaya (peer-educator) selama 90 hari terhadap 60 siswi anemia (30 intervensi, 30 kontrol) di SMA Negeri 12 Banda Aceh. Hasil uji Independent T-test menunjukkan lompatan signifikan pada kelompok intervensi dibandingkan kontrol dalam skor pengetahuan (85,60 ± 5,10 vs 62,10 ±6,40; p=0,001) dan kepatuhan TTD (88,40 ± 4,20 vs 50,20 ±7,10; p=0,000). Kesimpulannya, pendampingan peer-educator terbukti efektif secara psikologis dan klinis, sehingga layak diadopsi sebagai strategi taktis intervensi hulu pencegahan stunting berbasis sekolah.
