Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Kejadian Asfiksia Neonatorum Di Rsu Sakinah Lhokseumawe
Abstract
Latar Belakang : Kesehatan prenatal, perinatal, dan postnatal menjadi sangat penting karena pada masa ini dianggap sebagai masa yang rawan terjadinya gangguan seperti asfiksia neonatorum. Asfiksia neonatorum adalah kondisi bayi yang ditandai dengan hipoksia dan hipercapnia disertai asidosis metabolik. Di Indonesia, salah satunya asfiksia yaitu sebesar 27% yang merupakan penyebab ke-2 kematian bayi baru lahir. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi kejadian asfiksia neonatorum di RSU Sakinah Lhokseumawe. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di RSU Sakinah Lhokseumawe. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh ibu yang bersalin dari bulan Januari-Desember 2019 sebanyak 216 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total population yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder dari data rekam medik dan diolah ke dalam analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan uji statistik chi square diperoleh bahwa variable kehamilan lewat waktu (posdate) berhubungan dengan kejadian asfiksia dengan nilai p=0,039 dan OR/Exp(B) 5.836 yang artinya postdate berpengaruh sebesar 5 kali lipat bayi akan mengalami asfiksia, variable plasenta previa berhubungan dengan kejadian asfiksia dengan nilai p=0,002 dan OR/Exp(B) 3.531 yang artinya plasenta previa berpengaruh sebesar 3 kali lipat bayi akan mengalami asfiksia, dan variable prematur berhubungan dengan kejadian asfiksia dengan nilai p=0,004 dan OR/Exp(B) 2.614 yang artinya prematur berpengaruh sebesar 2 kali lipat bayi akan mengalami asfiksia. Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh antara kehamilan lewat waktu (posdate), plasenta previa dan prematur dengan asfiksia di RSU Sakinah Lhokseumawe. Diharapkan kepada Kepada RSU Sakinah Lhokseumawe agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kecepatan dalam penanganan agar dapat memperkecil angka kematian bayi yang disebabkan oleh asfiksia neonatorum.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
