FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PEMANFAATAN POS PELAYANAN TERPADU (POSBINDU) PENYAKIT TIDAK MENULAR DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SIMPANG TIGA KECAMATAN BUKIT KABUPATEN BENER MERIAH

Latar Belakang: Penanggulangan PTM adalah upaya kesehatan yang mengutamakan aspek promotif dan preventif tanpa mengabaikan aspek kuratif dan rehabilitatif serta paliatif yang ditujukan untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan, kecacatan dan kematian yang dilaksanakan secara komprehensif, efektif, efisien dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posbindu) Penyakit Tidak Menular di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simpang Tiga Kecamatan Bukit Kabupaten Bener Meriah.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan studi observational non experimental dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan rancangan penelitian Cross-sectional yang bersifat analitik yang dilakukan pada bulan Maret – September 2021. Menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi adalah seluruh masyarakat usia produktif usia 15-59 tahun di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simpang Tiga Kecamatan Bukit Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Sampling dari perhitungan rumus Slovin, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang diambil secara accidental sampling. Uji yang digunakan Chi-Square dan regresi logistik dengan tingkat kemaknaan p>0,05dan Confidence Interval (CI) 95%.
Hasil: Bivariat menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara umur dengan nilai p=0,004, jenis kelamin dengan nilai p=0,002, pendidikan dengan nilai p=0,000, pengetahuan dengan nilai p=0,000, sikap dengan nilai p=0,001, jarak tempuh dengan nilai p=0,003, dukungan tenaga kesehatan dengan nilai p=0,003 dan dukungan keluarga dengan nilai p= 0,002 terhadap pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simpang Tiga Kecamatan Bukit Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Berdasarkan regresi logistik diketahui bahwa variable yang paling dominan dalam pemanfaatan Posbindu adalah dukungan tenaga kesehatan dengan nilai p= 20,287 yang artinya responden yang mendapat dukungan dari tenaga kesehatan berpeluang 20,287 kali lebih banyak memanfaatkan Posbindu dibandingkan dengan responden yang tidak mendapatkan dukungan dari tenaga kesehatan. Pengetahuan dengan nilai p=12,167 artinya : responden yang memiliki pengetahuan baik, berpeluang 12,167 kali lebih banyak akan memanfaatkan Posbindu dibandingkan dengan responden yang berpengetahuan kurang baik. Dukungan keluarga dengan nilai p= 6,074 artinya : responden yang mendapat dukungan dari keluarga berpeluang 6,074 kali lebih bayak akan memanfaatkan Posbindu dibandingkan dengan responden yang tidak mendapatkan dukungan dari keluarga
Kesimpulan: Dukungan tenaga kesehatan, pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga memiliki hubungan yang bermakna terhadap pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simpang Tiga Kecamatan Bukit Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Diharapkan bagi tenaga kesehatan agar lebih aktif untuk memberikan informasi berupa penyuluhan, arahan, bimbingan, motivasi dan kunjungan ke rumah masyarakat untuk ikut serta melakukan pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
