FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN HIPERTENSI PADA IBU HAMIL DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PADANG PANYANG KECAMATAN KUALA PESISIR KABUPATEN NAGAN RAYA

Abstrak Hipertensi pada kehamilan sering terjadi dan merupakan penyebab utama kematian ibu melahirkan, serta memiliki efek serius lainnya saat melahirkan. Hipertensi pada kehamilan terjadi pada 5% dari semua kehamilan. Di Indonesia, hipertensi dalam kehamilan menduduki peringkat kedua tertinggi penyebab kematian ibu setelah perdarahan. Berdasarkan data dari Puskesmas Padang Panyang diperoleh data jumlah ibu hamil pada tahun 2018 yang menderita hipertensi adalah sebanyak 23 orang dari total 284 kehamilan, pada tahun 2019 terdapat 61 orang ibu hamil yang menderita hipertensi dari total 307 kehamilan dan pada tahun 2020 terdapat 38 orang ibu hamil yang menderita hipertensi dari total 283 kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor yang berhubungan dengan hipertensi pada ibu hamil. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik dengan desain case control. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil hamil di wilayah kerja puskesmas Padang Panyang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 94 orang dengan pembagian 47 kasus dan 47 kontrol (1:1). Metode pengumpulan data dengan mengisi lembar cheklist). Uji analisa yang digunakan adalah chi square Test. Berdasarkan hasil analisa bivariate di peroleh variabel yang memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada ibu hamil adalah variabel riwayat hipertensi (p=0,000) (OR = 262.287, 95%CI : 30.997-2229.018), variabel obesitas (p=0,002) (OR = 15.771, 95% CI = 1.957-127.107), variabel kebiasaan minum kopi (p=0,000) (OR = 194.222, 95% CI = 23.543-1602.291). Kesimpulan kejadian hipertensi pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja puskesmas Padang Panyang Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir disebabkan oleh faktor riwayat hipertensi, obesitas dan kebiasaan minum kopi. Saran diharapkan kepada ibu hamil agar dapat menghindari faktor resiko yang dapat meningkatkan terjadinya hipertensi dalam kehamilan dan diharapkan kepada para petugas kesehatan agar dapat memberikan penyuluhan dan pendidikan kesehatan sejak dini kepada ibu hamil agar mereka dapat menghindari faktor resiko penyebab hipertensi. II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
