Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kehamilan Usia Remaja Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rantau Pandan

Latar Belakang : Kehamilan Usia Remaja adalah kehamilan usia kurang dari 20 tahun meningkatkan resiko komplikasi medis, baik pada ibu maupun pada anak. Survei Badan Pusat Statistika (BPS) Indonesia tahun 2019 menunjukkan bahwa Persentase Perempuan hamil Berumur 15-19 tahun mencapai 47 per 100 kehamilan. 1 dari 9 anak perempuan menikah di Indonesia. Tujuan : penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kehamilan Usia Remaja di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rantau Pandan Tahun 2021.Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat Deskriptif Analitik. Populasi penelitian yaitu sebanyak 211 orang ibu hamil yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rantau Pandan. Sampel dari penelitian ini terdiri dari 68 orang ibu hamil yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rantau Pandan. Data diperoleh dari data primer dan sekunder. Hasil : Berdasarkan tabel uji statistic dapat diketahui bahwa dari uji chi square diperoleh hasil pengetahuan (P-value=0,038) lebih kecil dari sig a (0,05), pendidikan (P-value=0,607), sosial ekonomi (P-value=0,314) lebih besar dari sig a (0,05). Kesimpulan bahwa pengetahuan seseorang berpengaruh untuk mengambil keputusan, tetapi pendidikan dan sosial ekonomi tidak berhubungan dengan kehamilan usia remaja, karena pendidikan dibangku sekolah tidak mendalami ilmu tentang kesehatan, dan status ekonomi seseorang tidak mempengaruhi untuk terjadinya pernikahan dini yang menyebabkan kehamilan usia remaja.

Background: Teenage pregnancy is pregnancy less 20 years old increase the risk of medical complications, for mother and child. Statistical center agency survey in 2019 shows the percentage of pregnant women 15-19 years old are 47 per 100 pregnancies. Objective:The purpose of this research is factors associated with teenage pregnancy in the working area of the Rantau Pandan in 2021. Method :This type of research is an analytic descriptive. The research population are 211 pregnant mothers who in the working area of the Rantau Pandan Public health center. The sample in this study are 68 pregnant mothers in the working area of thee Rantau Pandan Public health center. Data obtained from primary and secondary. Results: Based on the statistical test in can be seen that the Chi-Square test result Knowledge (p-value=0,038), smaller than sig-a (0,05), Education (p-value=0,607), Sosioeconomic(p-value=0,314) greater than sig-a (0,05). Conclusion: So it can be concluded that a person’s knowledge is influential in making decisions, but for education and socioeconomic. There are no relationship with teenage pregnancy, because education in school doesn’t explore health sciences and someone’s socioeconomic status doesn’t affect the occurrence of early marriage which causes teenage pregnancy.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
