The postpartum period is a period that begins after delivery and ends when the uterine organs return to their pre-pregnancy state. The greatest maternal mortality rate occurs during the puerperium. During the Covid-19 pandemic, postpartum services were hampered, this was because postpartum mothers did not make postnatal visits to avoid transmission of the Covid-19 virus. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mother's knowledge and attitudes on postpartum visits during the covid-19 pandemic in the Kopelma Darussalam Health Center Work Area, Banda Aceh. The research is analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The research instrument used a questionnaire and data collection by distributing questionnaires which had been carried out from 11 to 16 December 2021. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate. The results of the study obtained variables of knowledge (p value = 0.001, OR = 6,000) and attitudes (p value = 0.0001, OR = 62,000).
