Faktor yang Memengaruhi Konsep Diri Perawat Terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Perawat Pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Datu Beru Kabupaten Aceh Tengah

Peran penting sumber daya manusia tenaga keperawatan secara mutlak perlu dilakukan pengembangan dan kajian yang mendalam sehingga waktu dan tenaga serta kemampuan yang dimilikinya benar-benar termanfaatkan secara maksimal sehingga dapat mendukung produktifitas kerja organisasi pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi konsep diri perawat terhadap produktifitas kerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Datu Beru Kabupaten Aceh Tengah Tahun 2021. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei analitik  dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 341 orang pengambilan sampel populasi ini dilakukan dengan purposive sampling.Jumlah sampel yang akan diteliti adalah 77 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian variabel care, knowledge, relation staff, leadership diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,001 < 0,05 artinya ada pengaruh antara care, knowledge, relation staff, leadership terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Perawat Pelaksana Di Ruang Rawat inap. Hasil analisis multivariat didapatkan variabel yang paling berpengaruh dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel care dengan nilai OR 47.802.Ada pengaruh antara care, knowledge, relation staff, leadership terhadap terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Perawat Pelaksana Di Ruang Rawat inap RSUD Datu Beru Takengon, dari hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan hasil bahwa faktor yang paling dominan adalah variabel care. Kesimpulan didapatkan ada pengaruh antara care, knowledge, relation staff, leadership terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Perawat Pelaksana Di Ruang Rawat inap RSUD Datu Beru Takengon, Disarankan kepada RSUD Datu Beru Takengon agar supaya mengutamakan peningkatan Care karena lebih memengaruhi produktifitas kerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap dalam memberikan pelayanan prima yang dibanggakan masyarakat (consumer satisfaction), pemberi layanan (provider satisfaction) dan institusi pelayanan (institutional satisfaction.

 The important role of human resources for nursing staff absolutely needs to be developed and studied in depth so that their time and energy and abilities are really utilized to the fullest so that they can support the work productivity of health service organizations. The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the factors that influence the nurse's self-concept on the work productivity of implementing nurses in the inpatient room at Datu Beru General Hospital, Central Aceh Regency in 2021. The research design used was an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was 341 people. This population sample was taken by purposive sampling. The number of samples to be studied was 77 people. Data analysis was performed by univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis with Chi Square test. The results of the research on variables of care, knowledge, staff relations, leadership obtained p-value = 0.001 <0.05, meaning that there is an influence between care, knowledge, staff relations, leadership on the work productivity of implementing nurses in inpatient rooms. The results of multivariate analysis showed that the most influential variable in this study was the care variable with an OR value of 47.802. There was an influence between care, knowledge, staff relations, leadership on the Work Productivity of Implementing Nurses in the Inpatient Room of RSUD Datu Beru Takengon, the results of multivariate analysis showed The results show that the most dominant factor is the care variable. It is hoped that RSUD Datu Beru Takengon will prioritize improving care because it will affect the work productivity of implementing nurses in inpatient rooms in providing excellent service that the community is proud of (consumer satisfaction), service providers (provider satisfaction) and service institutions (institutional satisfaction).

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
