The purpose of this study was to determine (age, parity, history of labor, Inadvertent Parturition, Premature rupture of membranes) associated with delivery of Sectio caesarea at Bandung General Hospital Medan Period 1 January – December 2019. This study uses the Mix Methods method. From the results of this study, with the Pearson chi-square statistical test on age with sectio caesarea, the value of sig p = 0.000 <0.05 was obtained. Parity with sectio caesarea obtained p=0.002=<0.05. history of labor with caesarean section obtained p = 0.000 = <0.005, Incomplete Parturition obtained p = 0.007 = <0.005, Premature rupture of membranes obtained p = 0.001 = <0.005 So there is a relationship between age, parity, history of labor, incomplete parturition advanced, the weight of the baby was born by sectio caesarea at RSU Bandung Medan and the most dominant factor with the rate of sectio caesarea was the birth history variable with a significant value of 0.000 (p value <0.05. From the qualitative results, it was obtained indications of premature rupture of membranes 1 person, age and parity at risk of 1 person, age and 1 person Inadvertent Parturition, History of SC 1 person. The conclusion of this study is the relationship between age, parity, history of childbirth, incomplete labor, premature rupture of membranes with sectio caesarea at RSU Bandung Medan Period 1 January - December 2019.
