Hubungan Konsumsi Makanan Pada Ibu Nifas Dengan Proses Penyembuhan Luka Post-Op Sectio Caesarea di RSUD Teungku Peukan Aceh Barat Daya

Pada ibu nifas dalam proses kesembuhan luka sectio caesarea membutuhkan makanan yang bergizi dikarenakan Makanan yang bergizi akan mempercepat masa penyembuhan luka sectio caesarea, namun ibu dengan konsumsi makan akan mempengaruhi proses kesembuhan luka sectio caesarea. Luka dikatakan sembuh jika dalam 1 minggu kondisi luka kering, menutup dan tidak ada tanda-tanda infeksi.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan konsumsi makanan pada ibu nifas dengan proses penyembuhan luka Post-Op sectio caesarea di RSUD Teungku Peukan Aceh Barat Daya. Desain penelitian Deskriptif Korelatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study. Populasi penelitian yaitu 57 ibu nifas. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan tanggal 28 Juni s.d 08 Juli tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan konsumsi makanan (P value= 0,020) dengan penyembuhan luka Post-Op sectio caesarea pada ibu nifas dengan penyembuhan luka Post-Op sectio caesarea di RSUD Teungku Peukan Aceh Barat Daya Tahun 2022. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah konsumsi makanan menjadi faktor yang berhubungan dengan penyembuhan luka Post-Op sectio caesarea pada ibu nifas dengan penyembuhan luka Post-Op sectio caesarea di RSUD Teungku Peukan Aceh Barat Daya Tahun 2022. Disarankan bagi petugas kesehatan untuk meningkatkan upaya promosi kesehatan khususnya nutrisi pada ibu Post-Op SC. Mengingat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi penyembuhan luka Post-Op SC.

Postpartum mothers need nutritious food during the sectio caesarea wound healing process because it will accelerate the healing period of section caesarea wound. But mothers with food consumption will affect the sectio caesarea wound healing process. The wound is considered healed if within 1 week it will dry, closed, and there are no sign of infection. This research aimed to understand the correlation between food consumption on postpartum mothers and wound healing process in post op. sectio caesarea in Teungku Peukan Regional Public Hospital of Aceh Barat Daya. The type of this research was a correlative descriptive study with a cross-sectional study approach. The research population was 57 postpartum mothers with total sample of 57 respondents. This research was carried out on June 28, 2022 until July 8, 2022. The research result showed that there is a correlation between food consumption(or eating?) behavior (p-value = 0.020) and wound healing process in post op. sectio caesarea for postpartum mothers with wound healing process in post op. sectio caesarea in Teungku Peukan Regional Public Hospital of Aceh Barat Daya in 2022. The conclusion of this research is food consumption behavior become a factor that related to wound healing in post op. sectio caesarea for postpartum mothers with wound healing process in post op. sectio caesarea in Teungku Peukan Regional Public Hospital of Aceh Barat Daya in 2022. The health workers are recommended to improve health promotion efforts especially nutrition for post SC mothers. Given that there are many factors that affect wound healing post SC.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
