Faktor – Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Status Gizi Lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Muara Dua Kota Lhokseumawe

Usia lanjut adalah seseorang yang telah mencapai usia lebih dari 60 tahun dan usia lanjut dikatakan sebagai tahap akhir perkembangan pada daur kehidupan manusia. Sedangkan status gizi merupakan hasil keseimbangan antara zat-zat gizi yang masuk dalam tubuh dan penggunaannya dimana status gizi merupakan keadaan kesehatan akibat interaksi antara makanan, tubuh manusia dan lingkungan hidup manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi status gizi lansia ditinjau dari faktor asupan makanan, penyakit dan kondisi mental lansis. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analitik dengan desain crosssectional. Populasi dan sampel penilaian ini seluruh lansia di Puskesmas Muara Dua Kota Lhokseumawe yang berjumlah 98 lansia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor asupan makanan, penyakit yang diderita dan kondisi mental lansia dengan status gizi lansia di Puskesmas Muara Dua Kota Lhokseumawe dimana nilai Ï semuanya berada dibawah 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada lansia dan keluarga untuk dapat memperhatikan status gizi lansia sehingga lansia dapat menjalani masa tuanya dengan sehat dan sejahtera.

Old age is someone who has reached the age of more than 60 years and old age is said to be the final stage of development in the human life cycle. While nutritional status is the result of a balance between nutrients that enter the body and their use where nutritional status is a state of health due to the interaction between food, the human body and the human environment. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the nutritional status of the elderly in terms of food intake, disease and mental conditions of the elderly. The type of research used is analytical with a cross-sectional design. The population and sample for this assessment are all elderly people at the Muara Dua Health Center, Lhokseumawe City, totaling 98 elderly. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the factors of food intake, illness and mental condition of the elderly with the nutritional status of the elderly at the Muara Dua Health Center, Lhokseumawe City where the values were all below 0.05 so Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to the elderly and their families to be able to pay attention to the nutritional status of the elderly so that the elderly can live their old age in a healthy and prosperous manner.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
