Hubungan Tingkat Kecemasan dengan Gangguan Menstruasi Pada Remaja Putri di MTsS Darusa’adah Cot Tarom Kabupaten Bireuen

Gangguan menstruasi merupakan indikator penting untuk menunjukkan adanya gangguan sistem reproduksi yang dapat dikaitkan dengan peningkatan risiko berbagai penyakit seperti kanker rahim, kanker payudara dan infertilitas. Penyebab gangguan menstruasi dapat terjadi karena kelainan biologik (organic atau disfungsional) atau dapat pula karena psikologik seperti keadaaan-keadaan stress dangan ganguan emosi atau gabungan biologic dan psikologik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kecemasan dengan gangguan menstruasi pada remaja putri di MTsS Darusa’adah cot tarom, Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik Total sampling (total sampel) dengan jumlah 70 responden yang sudah menstruasi di MTsS Darusa’adah Cot Tarom, Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Agustus 2022. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil uji statistik chi-square antara tingkat kecemasan dengan gangguan menstruasi pada remaja diperoleh hasil nilai p value (0,000) < dari α (0,05), maka hipotesis diterima H0 ditolak dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat kecemasan dengan gangguan menstruasi pada remaja putri.Diharapkan kepada responden untuk lebih aktif mencari informasi dan mengikuti berbagai penyuluhan khususnya tentang Menstruasi. Hal ini dapat diperoleh dengan memperbanyak membaca dan mengikuti acara seminar.

Menstrual disorders are an important indicator of the presence of reproductive system disorders that can be associated with an increased risk of various diseases such as uterine cancer, breast cancer and infertility. The causes of menstrual disorders can occur due to biological abnormalities (organic or dysfunctional) or can also be psychological such as the state of stress with emotional disturbances or biologic and psychological combined. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of anxiety with menstrual disorders in young women in MTsS Darusa'adah cot tarom, Bireuen District. This research is kind of analytic research with cross sectional approach. The sampling in this study by using technique Total sampling (total sample) with number of respondents 70 student in MTsS Darusa'adah Cot Tarom, District of Bireuen. This study was conducted on August, 2022. The data collection through questionnaires. Univariate data analysis techniques use frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using chi-square test. Based on the result of chi-square statistic test between anxiety level and menstrual disorder in adolescent is obtained p value (0.000) value from α (0,05), hence hypothesis accepted H0 rejected and it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between anxiety levels with menstrual disorders in girls. It is expected that the respondents to be more actively seeking information and following various counseling especially about Menstruation. This case can be obtained by multiplying reading and attending seminars.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
