Iron plays a role in pregnancy as the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin which is needed to supply oxygen and nutrients to the body of the pregnant woman and fetus. Non-compliance by pregnant women in meeting iron needs has the potential to cause anemia in pregnancy, premature birth, and even death in the fetus. This research was conducted in the Work Area of the Natam Health Center. This type of research was a descriptive quantitative study with a cross-sectional design approach to analyze the relationship between the independent variables. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the 2023 Natam Health Center area, as many as 62 pregnant women. Sampling used in this research is total sampling. Thus the number of samples in this study were 62 nurses at the Natam 2023 health center. The results of the chi square test showed that knowledge had a p value of 0.001 <0.05, which meant that there was a relationship between mother's knowledge and adherence to consuming iron (Fe) tablets in pregnant women. Attitudes had a p value of 0.003 <0.05, which meant there was a relationship between Mother's attitude towards adherence to consuming iron (Fe) tablets in pregnant women, husband's support has a p value of 0.001 <0.05, which means there is a relationship between husband's support and adherence to consuming iron (Fe) tablets in pregnant women. It is recommended that health services provide counseling service facilities regarding the compliance of pregnant women in consuming iron (Fe) tablets and for further researchers to be able to develop this research such as adherence to the method of examining more deeply the compliance of pregnant women in consuming iron (Fe) tablets.
